My third purchase ?

I have ordered from this website 3 times already. The first two times everything went fine, I received everything I ordered. The third time I was missing one item so I got in contact with my account manager who guided me on what steps to take and I was able to receive a refund for that missing item. So far I am very pleased with the purchases & service I have received. The prices are reasonable and the items are good quality.

The jelwery is good quality and they're diferents materials, forms, and price.Only you must buy varities for a good price in the sends.Also if someghing is wrong in your buy you could ask for that and they send you credit or cupons for the count of that.They give you a nice person for help you and give you support if you have any dude or questions about they buy mechanics.

This was realy unexpected! Bought merch for retail store. Some of the items arrived looking less interesting then it looked on the web page, BUT 85-90% will give we at least a 900% markup or more! Now thats what i call a SWEEEEET deal. This place hits the spot in every way, with mindblowing stock. My account manager is freaking amazing…., Lisa, always gets back at me as soon as she can (time differene) and she REALY looks in to stuff i brought forward. Shipping and tracking also on point this page is definitely a 10 out of 5 deal!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

I honestly wish I could upload screenshots to show you all how customer service is handling this current issue I’m dealing with. So, I ordered my items in January and receive d a month or so later. I realized they sent me the right style of sandals but the wrong color. I order gold they sent silver. I reached out to customer service March 6,2023 and showed them pictures of what I ordered vs what I received. She stated, “ The gold sandals were turned into silver due to the negligence of the order operation center staff.” She offered a coupon for my next order but I told her I didn’t plan on using their platform again, and that I would much rather return the items and be refunded. She told me I would get a partial refund and here it is April 4,2023 and I have yet to receive anything. I’ve been communicating back and forth with this lady and now she tells me that “ I’m pretty sure the refund has been deposited.” I checked my bank transactions for all of March and nothing. “Pretty sure” is not a definite and they can’t even give me a date that it was allegedly refunded smh. NEVER AGAIN will I use them.

Love it !

Products were exactly the same as images. I’ve order three large shipments and received them with no issues. It is coming from China so you really have to figure out the time frame you’d want them to come in, for me it was max 2 months for my orders to come in(sea cargo). If you want it ASAP it’s gonna cost ya a pretty penny, planning is key!!Customer service is excellent and very patient. Will order again!
