Don’t waste your time
First time on this website, I seen cute dresses on Here that I wanted it told me if I download the app I get extra 5% off, well I did that never seen 5% off. However the prices are cheap so wasn’t a big deal that the 5% never came off. Then it said that I have FREE Shipping now ok so I go to checkout, and they trying to charge me 18$ for shipping fees. Well I deleted the account because at this point it’s just lie after lie… I feel scammed
I personally like it
This app is exactly like she’s takes a long time to deliver a.k.a. two weeks but it’s amazing and the quality of their clothes is exactly like sheen

Products are ok but don’t alway match description
I have bought about 6 things off this company and the products are not always as described. When opening a ticket over the issue I was shut down via gaslighting and told a return couldn’t be done. I did not ask for a return how I wanted to confront the difference but I was told the products were exactly the same. Be careful what you buy and as far as the app specifically rating any product is impossible and when trying to rate if it’s not perfect to their standards and can not be a negative review at all the app closes and a review cannot be left. Even when rating my satisfaction over the customer service I was not able to leave negative feedback at all
Please fix the issues
I love shopping here for my boutique, however the app is giving me a lot of trouble. When I try to login an error message appears saying that my email was not found. The app needs attention because I had logged in before without a problem until the last update. I will be deleting the app as it is not useful.
Extremely disappointed
I bought a couple pieces of clothing off of this app & man I still haven’t received anything despite USPS saying my item has been delivered to me smh plus its been almost 3 weeks. I’m emailing customer support &I’m not getting a response, ima wait a little longer for my package but at this point I feel scammed.
Look at the Customer reviews for the products.
Almost every outfit I clicked on. I noticed that in the reviews because I like to see what the outfit looks like on people that have actually bought it. That it is reviewed by multiple different people and multiple different outfits but the same person or two persons have taken pictures of themselves wearing the outfits that are not flattering on them whatsoever and immediately made me not want to buy anything at all which I will not now. It also made me go and read the reviews on the App Store. You can see that these people take pictures of themselves around the outfits with the same backgrounds plants curtains shoes. And they do not look good at all on these people does not look like the photo of the model at all. And it doesn't fit them very well either. Then when I went to click on Support because I was going to report it to them I noticed that it said frequent ask questions. That stated how can I get back into my Chic Me account. Why can't I login to my Chic Me account. In other questions stating that they were chic me not Bella wholesale.
So sad
I’ve been trying so hard to build a business in lingerie but after a bad place multiple orders and this were missing late and just never sent after my last experience I couldn’t forgive this company I placed a $430 order and they said it was shipped and delivered and I never received it I did everything they asked called the shipping company and all they told me the only they coulda do for me is give me a $20 coupon like what 😞💔 so now im kinda outta luck , definitely thinking about giving this business a rest
