No support at first

I've paid for premium for additional features which are not working and they offer no support despite several emails. They do not respond.Update- they responded now and my issue is fixed. The tracking and alerts are helpful. The app is working much better now and it is useful

Never updates even with premium

Don’t waste your money on this app if you live outside India. I used and bought it as an alternative to the other purple tracking app because it doesn’t store data i.e. location history. You know in case the FBI wants to know where i buried the body, they won’t find it in this app! Well yeah, you won’t find ANYONE you want to find, you PAID and they AGREED to be found, either. It says live tracking with premium more like dead tracking… don’t waste your time, money, effort unless for some reason you like annoyance and frustration. Going back to LIFE 360, the BETTER purple app.

Not just for me

So I’m having a trip coming down from Florida and I decide to stop at my sisters house So my kids can hang out with there cousins and I’m in traffic and it stops and it says trip ended so I decide to call my sister and ask what her address cause I don’t remember her address and then she says the address and I put it in on my gps in my car and after my we visit my sisters I decide to use this to travel back home I stop at a really long red light and my trip ended once again I got mad 😠 and so basically this app is just not for me maybe some people but not me

A must have for all family, especially for new young drivers and your love ones with health issues

This is a must have you have children just beginning on their journey of becoming a first time driver. This is a must have it give you a piece of mind knowing where your love ones especially your young drivers a must have for the entire family. I give it a thumbs up five stars!

Other free app better

The only reason I downloaded this app is Life360 went down and my daughter was going to a party and I needed to track her. While the app does seem accurate , with Life360 they allow you to tag as many places as you want where as with this app you only get one free tag and then have to pay for additional. I use it as a back up app but definitely not as my go to app.

Dustin was really helpful! Reviews about him are everywhere!

I was in need of an app that could help me reveal my ex’s location. This family 360 app made it look like a walk in the park. I have always wanted to know everything happening in my relationship especially with her sudden change in her attitude towards me after she quickly closed her browser windows that fateful evening and anytime I got closer to her phone. Once I found some red flags like an email address I didn't recognize, I got more suspicious. I got in contact with a private investigator named dustin through an IT guy at work. He told me to talk to him on his private email address at SPYTECHGURU @ gmail com. I coherently explained why I wanted her phone monitored and cloned. We got to the money part and I was a bit hesitant sending money before receiving the service but dustin gave me his word alongside a money back guarantee that was set in place. Within some hours, I had a mirror version of her phone. I could see everything she was doing. From her calls to her texts and dating websites and apps. It was like Harry potter’s magic. I finally found out why she was acting so suspicious without having physical access to her phone. I filed for a divorce as the court admissible information provided by Dustin played a huge deciding role in the divorce process. I do not regret using the services of dustin.

Very accurate magnificent brave tracker 💯

This app definitely helps to keep tabs on love ones and family members but the work of such tracking apps is usually limited because you always need to access the device you want to keep tabs on in order for the tracking app to work effectively. My question is, if I can access the device I want to hack, why would I need it hacked? But I understand we hack devices due to different intentions and to recover some information that most have been deleted or kept from being easily seen. The device will need to be intercepted or completely cloned at times. Infidelity causes a lot of trauma that might be very difficult to cope with if you don't have an account of what is really going down with your spouse when you aren't together. If you keep getting this signs its most likely to be true to your spouse is cheating. That's not the end of life anyway, you can make a choice that suite you and be to your advantage for something like that to never repeat its self. Inaccurate location

The location is inaccurate me and my boyfriend live together and we use this app, mind you we have multiple cameras in our house and I fell asleep after him which is the time it said he was gone and it said he was gone for 3hrs of the night, which isn’t even possible being that we have 6 cameras & he was asleep right next to me also said on the maps part that he drove from home straight to work but on the history that he was at his brothers and drove straight to work from their. Also when I’m in traffic it will show that I stopped and the trip ended, it notifies you late and I paid for notifications it’s poor software and a waste of money try a different location service.

Waste of time and money

I found this APP to be a total waste of time and money. Purchased to track family’s location in case the information is ever needed. What a joke. Times were rarely correct. Last location of the day (home) was usually the only one correct. But time of arrival is the current time. History was also of no use. Lastly, you cannot get a refund of the yearly subscription if paid. I expected something much better from a Microsoft product. I am sorely disappointed.
