The best company ever worked with
They are always available 24/7. Staff responsible. I took a load and did not send the pod, I thought they don’t give me my money, after three month Nancy called me and told the payment cleared and sent me my money. Very nice staff and caring. App is user friendly. In last few month I made a good money while the market was too bad. I survived and fed my family. My price was too high and I listened to their advise to don’t bid that high. They kept me super busy with the lower rate which mage me happy since I am busy. It is hard to believe the bad comments from ignorant people about this company. I have never seen company’s payment like this, all the time on time. Thank you EmpireLoad!
Quite innovative and impressive
It’s very user-friendly and I am impressed with how well laid out the app is. From the way available load bids show up in the dashboard, to submitting your BOL/POD documents and photos directly in the app, to the running list of previous delivery work completed and pay history - all in one app! Really genius!! The company’s staff is extremely courteous and professional too whenever they need to reach out directly.
Stolen
I just downloaded the app and after 1 year or so they started charging me $10 a month even I deleted the app way back. I don’t even have the app and they are charging me $10 monthly because they know my account and routing number. If you guys don’t send my money back and not stop I will take next step action. And I forgive everyone for doing wrong to me but I will not forgive you guys. And once you refund my money I will delete the review also.
Real Review
The owner contacted me after a misunderstanding and he actually fix everything and explained how we all are a family…I respect it and continue to work with them. You place your bid and hope to win. Simple.
Terrible
I signed up with this company about 8 months ago and never used the app due to it not working for me and my company. This company has been taking money out of my account the whole time without my acknowledgment. I tried contacting the company several times through several communication channels; no response. This company is a bunch of crooks. Watch out!!

Be careful
the worst company we have worked with, the technical support is terrible, they do not answer calls, they do not answer emails, it is a danger for your pocket to work with a company with which you cannot have communication.
Best app/ load board
This app is one of the best load boards I have ever used it’s always work available to keep your trucks or vans moving and your company growing and the dispatch team is the best they are always communicating with you to get you the best load and they care about the safety of there drivers

This company will hound you constantly once you accept a load, you will be stressed about the delivery until you deliver it. They will call and text you from many, many, many different numbers asking for updates on your location and ETA’s. When the owner Nancy gets mad she doesn’t handle things on a business level, she takes it personally. I did a load for them, we had a disagreement and I told them that I would not be doing another one. Now they owe me and won’t pay, won’t answer my emails, so I am writing this review. Save yourself the emotional distress, this job is stressful already. I do not recommend this company. People who are smart will take my warning. I’m sure most of the good reviews are fake. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW.

So far so good. Consistent improvements and excellent support response times. Transparent booking and quick settlement processes removing all the unnecessary hassle typical of the industry. Likely to continue to improve and disrupt the industry for better and improved performance of all parties operating in the industry.
