Easy and a Good Company

I have used A&E for a the past month. As a owner operator they have been very helpful getting started. It’s straight forward and simple to use. Just follow the instructions and all is good. I have been paid for every load completed. no issues. It takes 7 business days to pay - so just plan for that. We all know the business is very competitive- so rates are what they are - that’s not A&E fault. Just keep bidding and you will get loaded. I like that they text drivers tips and strategy on how to win bids . AE2362.

Good company

I don’t get on here and rate companies but A&E is LEGIT. I text them and they respond immediately. Got my profile setup within a day. Booked my first load 2 days after having the app. Quick pay coming 2023 !!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Excellent application

I am very impressed with communication with A&E. I enjoy the app it very user friendly. The app saves time for me to pick up load drop off load and get my next loads. More loads more $$$$!! Everyone be safe on the road GOD BLESS!!

Working with Herrnan and his teamIs a really great experience. I’ve worked with other teams and I have to say the professionalism and courtesy and routine is a true blessing in our industry. His app allows you to have a more precise insight of what’s going on in our market, the rates offered through A&E are higher than other places I worked with. A&E works hard to keep you moving and also searches piggyback loads for you…. this is a family orientated company, Who believes that everyone who works hard deserves a blessed life. BOOOOOOM !!! Have a Boesssed Day !!

Accounting is Trash

If you enjoy never being paid on time and dealing with an unprofessional, incompetent accounting team, A&E is for you! They only care if you are moving loads. They do not care about you getting paid. They send you an invoice that clearly states you will be paid 7 business days from the invoice. Well it took a month for me to get my first two payments as I also have another load coming up on a month since completion and the accounting team refuses to talk to me. I called and left a voicemail, no response or acknowledgment. I have sent multiple emails with no response or acknowledgment. It’s so bad that I will no longer be moving loads for A&E and if I’m not paid for my last 3 routes my lawyer will be in touch! It’s a shame because on the dispatch side they actually seem to be fairly competent. But I can’t contract with a company that doesn’t care about what I value most. My money.

10 days to pay me with quickpay joke of a company

So I took 3 loads total with A&E and they not once paid me on time. My first load took about 3 weeks 2nd took about 2 months and the third load I opted for quick pay they take an extra 4% to be paid within 48 hours took them 10 days. Absolutely a joke of a company the worst company I’ve worked for in this industry. The accounting person that doesn’t have a name is unresponsive and rude. I must’ve sent 10 emails that they completely ignored and I sent them an email in a new thread and they responded in 5 min thinking it was someone else. They blocked me from calling and texting. Then my account was disabled just because I wanted to know when I would be paid. They finally tell me they will pay me and will not charge the quick pay fee and when I get paid they took the 4% fee that tooke them 10 days to pay me. I wasn’t surprised to say the least. Don’t waste your time dealing with these unprofessional amateurs. You will end up raising your blood pressure just to get paid for the work you did.

Never paid

I only did one load and never got paid because I realize after signing up I saw the review how people was complaining for not getting paid I’m glad I did one Not more still haven’t gotten paid horrible company to work for ! Cant trust them at all. First I kept emailing them about not getting paid then they’re saying we’ll pay you and now you know you still haven’t gotten paid after weeks ! It would be nice if they paid and I would continue doing the loads with no problem.

What A JOKE!

I think when it says auto assign, the computer has generated loads specifically for you. When you accept the route it says auto assigned by AE logistics dispatch team. How can AE assign a route, that was auto assigned. To me, it looks we are all hired as DISPATCHERS first. Then they pull a couple to give routes, so it doesn’t look fishy! Like someone else explained, if we all are clicking, then eventually that route is probably getting assigned to a dedicated DRIVER, not US! Imagine having people all over the US dispatching for YOUR COMPANY! This is a SICK JOKE! I just deleted my account after 4 days. CURRI and ROADIE give me more work then these SICK PEOPLE! I AM NOT DISPATCHER, FREAKS!

Try Getting Paid …. It’s Really a Problem at A&E .

On Facebook and other Carrier websites or Chat Boards A&E is considered #2 in top ten worst load Board Apps to AVOID … Number one issue: Getting paid, I know this on first hand experience… And as of the posting of this review I am still waiting to get paid ONLY $260 !!! ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO!!! here is the kicker…It was my first load working with them. I went against my own instincts and better judgement and also knowing what everyone were saying about them. … And got BURNED, There are carrier circle’s that are trying to have them SHUT DOWN as of this post…. I might jump in!!

There’s always a load around my location, the pay is on point, and the turn around time for response is decent. This is by far the best app for loads I’ve worked with so far.
