It’s not able to access load board,check it please
Annoying app
Many bugs, often freezes. They were definitely high while they builded this app. A sober person won’t do that.
Do you employ 1 person?
Horrible communication! After I pick up a load and upload all the paperwork and pictures I have to sit and wait almost 40min for you to tell me “good to go”? Lol nah I hit the road as soon as I’m loaded and uploaded. Get it together drivers don’t have time for this!
Terrible support
Support is not listening to the problems and glitches with the app. Ridiculously inclining and distorting reality that it’s the user whose primitive enough not using the app adequately - providing me with kindergarten instructions to follow in-app.The problem is in you and your revolting personnel (not the users that are pressured to use it) the problem is with your atrocious and cheaply made app, that you don’t even dare to TRY fixing.

Update causes app to close when opening load board page
Terrible App
Always glitchy, can never check in. Macropoint for Truckers is way better than this useless broken app. Check in not working. Always gets frozen just opening the app. Terrible negative -5 stars. Almost a year and just promises to fix. Garbage app.
Last update is terrible
A lot things doesn’t work after last update! Previous version was perfect, just slow! The new version is same slow plus terrible.
Need Improvements, killing the battery
This app is main cause that eating the battery and overheating IPhone .Just check Settings >> Battery. Dispatchland is the First on top that causing battery drain life.
Notifications
Notifications don’t work at all you have to open and refresh the app so that you see you new message sometimes it will just stuck you have to close and reopen the app
Absolutely no support
This app is a joke. I really wonder if devs are aware of how does the whole process of any software development works. Or is it a one man show? In any case you guys have to accept the help when you’re offered, otherwise it is a shame! Support is as bad as the app itself. I wish we had other options…
