DPDC Bill
Previously I used to pay utility bill through skybanking. But, I am right now using iphone and I am noticing that there is no option to pay utility bill in Pay bill option. Please include the option to pay utility bill .
Nothing about this app appeals to me
Face ID is broken. UI is a yellow massacre and makes my eyes bleed while I am looking at it. For a bank that claims to have so many awards, could you just not look at the some of the good banking apps out there in the world? Even the startup chimpanzee online banks in San Francisco has much better looking apps than you do! ( Chime bank, simple bank etc). You could at least try looking at the Chase banking app for UI inspiration? ( as long as you don’t copy it). Shame on Bangladesh and shame on EBL
Please fix transaction list
1) It takes too long for transactions to appear. 2) The app only shows last five transactions & 3) the transactions are not detailed at all. Please fix this. Please change it to more than 5 transactions & atleast enter who made the charge & post the transactions quicker. Your transaction section is not sufficient to say the least and needs improvement as soon as possible. We are in year 2022.
Not a user friendly Retail Banking App
They send error messages while trying to do a BEFTN or transfer to Bkash. The transfer is always unsuccessful. On the other hand these fund transfers can be made through their skybanking website. That means I will always have to use a web browser to do a transfer. Then there is no point of having this app. Needless to mention that their NPSB service is off for a long time now. We are doing BEFTN for urgent payments and waiting at least a day to realize that transfer is successful whereas lame banks like DBBL have active NPSB server. This is totally unexpected from a bank like EBL.
Touch ID not available
After this update, I cannot set up my touch id instead of password. It is too embarrassing to enter the password every time. Please fix this as soon as possible. Also all of the green button like “Accept” or “Decline” not working. I want to go back to the previous version.Great job EBL Skybanking team for this response. And yes, my problem has been solved in the new update. Hope for the best.
Download problem in iPhone 12 pro max
I can not install the skybanking software from app store for my iphone pro max. This is a problem i have reported earlier but still problem prevails.Today 28FEB2022, i got the response and the problem seems solved. Thanks.
Worst developed banking apps
Every time after IOS upgrade, we had to go through the setup process again and device recognised as an new device.i’m using other bank apps also but only problem i’m facing with EBL skybanking. That mean Whenever apple release new ios upgrade, they treat my device as new and doesn’t allow to login without new installation.
Cannot view last 5 transactions
I am unable to view last 5 transactions from the app. Its been 2 weeks now. Whenever I click on last 5 transactions, an error message comes “This data couldn’t be read because it’s not in the correct format”I was told an update would fix it but the last update didn’t fix it. Please fix it, it’s very inconvenient to view it from web version even after having the appDevice: 12 miniiOS: 15.4.1
Gesture doesn’t always work on iOS
The following issues need to be fixed:- Swiping in the left edge of the screen doesn’t always navigates to the previous screen- The hamburger menu is confusing, seems like a menu, but the action is back press- App crashes when checking last 5 trxs, may be a null pointer exception- The UI is not clean. Even the login button is misleading. I tapped the login text on the top thinking that it’s the login button, where a share icon is used for login action.- There’s more…
Unable to view my last 5 transactions
From my last update every time i want to see my last 5 transactions it popup a attention message showing “The data couldn't be read because itisn't in the correct format.”Also your faceID auth doesn’t work properly. Why your app requires authenticate 2 times? It seems fishy.
