While I was using iPhone 7, this app was doing great. That's why I'm writing with all the stars. Right now in the case of iPhone 4s, can't find the bottom buttons and even can't get in due to the verify button doesn't appear. You may simply update with body scrolling option to get rid of the recent problems. DBDL has come really a helpful app, and please do something and let us in the lower devices as well.
Dear Concern,Overall operation is working properly expect send money. My device is iPhone 8 Plus and it is most updated. The problem is when i am touching account number box of send money section, the apps is log out automatically. I have tried by restarting my device still it is not working. Can anyone advise how to resolve the problem?Thanks!
My beneficiary bank is set SIBL. When I transfer money and go to transfer history, I see that the beneficiary name is shown AB bank. This happened each time I sent money to a bank account. I called the customer care. They said they can see the bank is SIBL and money was sent correctly. But it’s a problem as it creates fear that we might have sent money to wrong account. Also, when we share screenshot of the transaction, people say you have sent money to the wrong account.Need to fix this issue quickly. I can’t share image here. If you can see the images, you would understand more easily.
Really great app from DBBL.There's one thing that can make it better.When transferring money or sending money, there's no option for notes or reference like the website version. Sometimes it is difficult to identify which transactions are for what. Adding this option would really make a big difference.Good luck.
The app is very useful and handy. That’s why giving it 3 star. But there is serious security issue. I’ve to put password every time when I pay. And some times the places are so crowded and you can’t hide the password from the people. Would’ve given a solid 5 star if there was faceID or fingerprint feature just like every other payment software. Being a message app even WhatsApp provides this kind of security. So in my opinion a payment software must have this feature in order to protect user’s security and give them the confidence to pay anywhere.
Unable to send money through the ‘Send Money’ option. The app crashes automatically over and over again whenever I try to use ‘send money’ option after upgrading this to the corona version. Please fix the bug as soon as possible.
Hey, I am facing problems to log in through NexusPay. For the last 8-10 days, whenever I want to log into my account, after putting the password, it shows, “logging in” & “please wait” for a few seconds and crashes. If I input a wrong password, it says, “The password is incorrect”, but whenever I input the actual one, it crashes everytime!For your information, I am using iPhone 6 Plus. Hello, my son created a bank account with my number and i also created a account with the same number. I want to use nexus pay i called the support enter more and more... they told me to change the number and go to the branch and tell them to change the number. After few days i called the support enter again but they also told me to change the number again. The branch is 28km from my village. Its not possible to go everyday in the branch. Its very disappointed to get this types of response from them. Please anyhow give me a chance to use nexus pay because i need to make some payment and getting also through the nexus pay app. Help me out please🙂Stay safeThanks
It’s a amazing app. It is more than anyone’s expectations what they want from a bank. Now I can check bank account my balance, statement, credit card statement. Besides there are lots of transactions and payment facilities. NexusPay proved that banking is not like we have to visit branch, call helpline etc. Everything is in my hand now.
