Inconvenient to use.
Since they have updated the app, it turns out user unfriendly. All my previous beneficiaries account has been gone. Now as I have started adding them back; I found it’s very inconvenient to do so. 1. Can’t write full Beneficiary name as it’s only allow limited number of letters, which was not enough for even my own name. Then I left one letter to try what’s happening next. 2. Verification of adding beneficiary is only E-signature and no other option like OTP/SMS. Unfortunately I didn’t understand how e-signature thing work with their given “challenge text” thing. So couldn’t add up any beneficiary account from other banks. And even I didn’t find any guide or help file or “learn more” option to explore and do my thing.I don’t know is it me personally backdated that l couldn’t navigate or their IT team lacks in expertise to make it user friendly. But I have almost stopped using this app as I can’t change my bank account now with them. Unfortunate!
Can not log in
I can’t log in the app. I used to log in the app previously without any issues. Now it shows “Loading “ for long time and ultimately shows network problems.
No Excel statement
Why don’t you give the access to download acc statement as excel sheet ? Only for not having this feature I use DBBL as regular account. And like me many others use DBBL Acc for personal use. These are now so digital era. Don’t think that people understand less tech than you.
Easy banking access
I have been using Astha app last one year…The hole app make your money transaction very easy and also love for “Add money” from card to bkash or any mobile transactions
Slow response time and not so smooth
This app takes a long time doing any transaction. That wasn't an issue. Atleast it worked. But at this version P3.0, it gives error alert for no reason! Even when I went to register for face id it prompted that my device doesn't have any face id but it has. I think BRAC should take this app more seriously

Loved the user interface. The app is well organised 🧐and designed from the point of view of a user. Thank you to the UX DESIGNER🤓 and the App Developer😎. You guys working great and the Astha App is the result of your hard work. keep progressing guys. 🥳
Good App but Needs Inprovement
Everything is good but please add recurring payments such as monthly weekly transfer to a particular account with any bank. That way the selected amount will be automatically deducted from the senders account.
Suggestion
Just today i have started using it properly and I think this is not too bad as people are saying. I would just say, Add suggestion of recent activities for all dependent as well swipe one section to another. ATM location taking too long. Though I have a better internet connection. Otherwise not bad as a beginning. Thanks
Excellent App
Navigation was seamless and load time was satisfactory, all the core features were covered. The entire process of migration was very easy and helpful that I did not hit any roadblocks
Love to use
I really love this special for concept, UI design and features. But the only problem it’s response time quite slow. I hope they would work on performance more.
