Hey I started my online shoe store with Wix but then it made a restaurant app instead I’m wondering how can I get it moved from a restaurant app please let me know

A Step in The Right Direction

I’m a restaurant owner and I spend a good half of my time building my website for my restaurant using Wix. Lately I’ve been feeling like they’ve been neglecting their restaurant section of wix and still feel like that because so much needs to be done to improve the restaurant portion of wix, but this app is a step in the right direction. Restaurant owners have been calling for this and they’ve listened. Keep up the great work and please keep updating and improving on restaurant features and designs.

Annoyed

Downloaded the app because a place said it was preferred. After entering my address and my first order I waited and waited for my delivery. I called the restaurant they said I ordered for pickup. It seems the app defaulted to pickup, I did not see a screen that gave me the option of choosing. I deleted the app and tried again after picking up my food. This time I got a screen that gave me the option. Not sure what happened the first time. I deleted the app.

Not very good

I can’t put in my address without giving the app my location. I should be allowed to manually enter my address, automatic inputs are never correct. Frustrating

Wrong menus

i ve dealing with the customer service for weeks, nothing changed The wrong menu is showing up at the wrong time, I was on the phone with a technician who witnessed the problem and after 2 weeks no improvement, my customers are confused and we loose business Please fix it

It’s acceptable but need to add some finer points

Didn’t give me a chance to review order details and cost breakout before confirming. Also the custom tip amount need to be cleaned up.

Does not work

Update (12/23)— 3 stars. Tigran from the Wix app approached me to rectify the issue with the app and followed up. This is being investigated. Original— 1 star. It made the payment through my credit card and did not send the order to the restaurant. Completely useless.

Long time

I have been using Wix for over 10 years. Alway enjoyed the quality of the templates Because it felt personalized and professional.I suspect using this app for both my Resturant will be helpful. My only issue is Wix’s name all over everything. I pay for my service and I feel it’s minimizes the quality and individuality of my business. I have tried to find a way to remove it from the app download. If this dine site is the same that may be a deal breaker for using it. Wix is getting it right but tagging their name all over my business app is not appealing.
