Best app

Live view and play back work well. Very good picture quality.

Need some bugs fixed

Too much lag and I have fiber 1000 internet so I know it’s not that. Also my main complaint is when viewing both cameras at the same time they are not live! It only shows live when you double tap. This is very annoying and needs to be fixed ASAP!

i hate it

this system doesn't record. I have two cameras in place and they aren't the problem. it's the recording equipment. If your little red light blinks it's recording. it it stays lit it's not. my system is connected to wi-fi so that's not the issue. i've tried reaching out to the installers and they suddenly don't exist.

Great App and equipment!

I love my Lux camera system as well as the app. App is easy to use and I never have any issues with it. I love being able to check in on my home when I am out and about. Will definitely recommend the Lux camera system and app to all my friends and family!

Always issues

We have had our system for 2 years and the camera feed is ALWAYS going down. I’ve called and they come out to fix it...then it goes out again. It has been out for a few weeks now but we work and can’t be here for when they need to come out. We are under contract so we are stuck. Hate it!! We use Point Security. HATE IT MORE!!

Works when it wants to.

Overall the system is a great system. My cameras work perfectly and can view them nicely on my 60” flat screen. But when it comes to viewing my cameras on the app it’s hit or miss. Will work for about a week then it says try again. Tried calling a support number I was given and it starts off by asking for my banking info. Not going to happen. Something needs to be done about the app. Fix it please.

Fix the app already

Nothing but issues lately, it’s a joke to even open up the app. 90% of the time the camera feed doesn’t work. I know it’s not the cameras because I can see the feed at home. That doesn’t help when you are out

Latest update broke some functionality.

Namely when opening the app (at least on my system) it shows data is being downloaded or streamed, but the time stamp in the images is not changing. It is just a static screenshot of all 4 of my cameras. I can double click on one image and it will enlarge it and play it live, then another double click takes me back to an overview of all 4 cameras and at this point it is a live view. Additionally, when rotating my iPhone the 4 images will not fill the screen in a live view as they would before. They need to roll back this update to the previous version until these bugs are worked out.

Description

The D-LUX View uses the latest technology and software so you can setup your remote monitoring connection, which you will use to setup up the device on the app. You will have a constant remote monitoring connection to your CCTV system so you can check on your property, possessions or persons in the palm of your hand. Once you have completed the quick and simple setup process, you will then be able to select and choose the live camera video feeds you wish to view.

As long as there is a strong broadband or 3G/4G mobile data signal connection you will be able to login into the device from anywhere in the world. At the same time you can take photo snapshots of live video footage and store it to your phone for evidence collection. The other main feature to this app is its ability to playback the recorded footage on the DVR / NVR to your smart phone. Just select the time and date of the when the footage was recorded and it will play what it has recorded from that point. Main Features: 1. The Software allow the users to carry over Wi-Fi, 3G, and 4G video viewing. 2. The Software Supports IP and domain direct connection feature. 3.
