No settings for account info, help, or Support

So I bought the paid version of this app and today when I try to use it I get a notification that says “Error, you’ve exceeded your current quota. Please check you plan and billing details.” Problem is there is nowhere to check plan or billing details. There is no settings tab and when I go into my Apple ID under subscriptions, it show that I paid the yearly fee and doesn’t renew until next year. So now my app doesn’t work and I’m out of the yearly subscription. When I went to get help, there is no such thing but only reviews here or most asked questions. No support to be found and if there is support it is imbedded and not readily available so I’m leaving this review in hopes that someone will respond and fix this problem or give me a refund.

Best free app

Simple, powerful app for using ChatGPT. This app gives you the full version of ChatGPT 3.5 for free unlike most other apps! Not sure if that will last forever, but I jumped on it. I've been using this app constantly so I ended up subscribing anyways! Another big difference between this and some of the other apps I've tried is that Chatster remembers your conversation, so you can ask followup questions without retyping your original question. Sounds silly but it's actually super useful.It's absolutely incredible to have the most advanced AI ever created in your pocket at all times. Some of my favorite things I've used it for: replacing Google search. Quick recipes. Fact checking / answering all those questions that pop in my head right before bed XD. Diagnosing car problems. Even mental health conversations. This possibilities are endless. This AI knows everything!!

Overall great free gpt app

I’d like to start by saying I love this app. I’ve tried other gpt apps and this one provides the quickest responses and is also super simple to use and is my go to for gpt access. Unfortunately with the update for camera scan text and voice, it crashes a lot. Also I can no longer close out of the text box by just tapping it anymore. It seems that there is no way to close out of it now and it is just stuck constantly in the typing screen. I’m writing this to hopefully bring attention to this so the developers fix these issues.

This actually got me an 96% on my essay for English class. I’ve always had a hard time with that class as it is my number one weakness. I struggle with my English in general since it is not my first language and this app has actually changed my life.

Best chatGPT app

This is by far the best way to use ChatGPT on your phone. It’s super fast,and they’ve been adding a bunch of cool features. It also lets you get ChatGPT premium for a fraction of the price it costs on the website. I use it with voice a lot which is great when you have a longer question that you don’t want to type. UI is well done and it’s simple to navigate. You can see all of your chat history (and erase if needed) which is really useful if, like me, you do a lot of research and have answers you want to come back to. It’s also great for writing, I asked it to write an outline for my term paper and it saved me hours, plus it was really well done and helped me a lot
