Such a cute way to stay connected!
I love this app and have been using it for a few friend groups! It’s a great low effort way to stay connected when everyone is busy and in different places. Some suggestions for additional features: I would love if there was a simple chat so that you could reply to friends’ beans in the morning and address something they said. I also would like to be able to archive beans (similar to Snapchat maybe, where you can choose to save a bean so that it won’t disappear forever, and the other person can see it too?). Overall though, love the app!

So much fun to catch up with friends. Would love to see who listened to my recordings from the page with all the recordings, we could react to recordings if nothing to respond, and should be able to respond to multiple recordings at once, e.g. 2 recordings of the same prompt. The other suggestions with adjusting time etc. sound great too. Overall a great idea and LOVEEE the UI!!! Also, would like to add group picture to the group so when listening to the cappuccino on lock screen, it’s like an actual podcast.EDIT: LOVE the dancing cup when listening!!! i don’t know if that was there before but i see it now. ALSO THANK YOU FOR THE HEART REACTS!
Great app but the flow of beans is confusing
Such a fun app but every time we share with new friends, we have to over-explain since it’s a little hard to follow when there’s too many prompts. Sometimes someone responds to a prompt late, meanwhile the others are already on the next prompt. If you listen to each bean card in order, it’s like 5 diff conversations that’s all over the place. It’s hard to follow which bean someone is responding to because it’s in a random order. It’d be great if the bean cards flow better almost like a conversation, that way it seems continuous? What if there’s an option to have multiple stacks of card beans for each group? So one stack for each prompt almost like a folder. You can choose which prompt/stack to respond to. That way it’s more organized and you know what the theme of the conversation is in that stack. Otherwise, such a good app!! Excited to see how this app progresses 🙏🙏
Not enough drafting for beans
I really like the app so far but when I make a bean and try to send with no service/wifi obviously I’ll have to wait until I get service but the app holds the state that it was in when there was no service. This is a problem bc if I exit the app then I’ll lose the content I made and have to redo it. If there was a drafts page that saved the content I already made and just saved it on the phone until I could get a connection this would provide a much easier and more transparent way to send stuff to friends. This specific scenario has happened a couple times already having downloaded it 3 days ago.

I love this app so much! I started a group as a continuation of a group on Facebook called “Not Wasting My Twenties” and people seem to love the concept (myself included!). However, there are some things that would be great to improve on. Firstly, and maybe this is just me still learning about the app, why is it so hard to find groups and request to join? This limits the user greatly. Second, I would like to be able to choose the music that goes in the podcast just like I am able to choose a title picture. Third, I would like to be able to delete a bean if I want to. Otherwise, I really enjoy this app!
IM IN LOVE (one thing tho)
I. AM. IN. LOVE. It’s official! Me and my friends have had such a blast on this app! We’ve been able to laugh at each other’s answers and even get to know each other even better. The only thing I could possibly want is I would love if the group creator could select the time that their daily cappuccino would be ready! I always wished I could make the time 7am instead of 8 so that I could listen to our podcast while I’m getting ready for school! But alas, I have to wait until school is over 😢. I think that would be a nice feature to have. But other than that I love love love the functionality and fun this app has to offer. Kudos to all of you! ❤️ ❤️
Great Concept But Costs Too Much
This is such a cute app and great concept. The only drawback is the price. $5 a week and even $10 a month is too expensive. I recommend switching to a base free, no frills version that lets you join and create groups and a paid membership that gives access to exclusive backgrounds, music and stickers for reactions. Increasing the price of using the app to allow for more feature development doesn’t help its current users as much as prohibit new ones. Your app is great and I want to share it with more friends but the price point isn’t feasible for everyone. Please consider a free version that still allows us to send cappuccinos🙏
I LOVE IT!!!
I saw a tiktok about this and didn’t think much about it, but decided to download it and try something new. Knowing myself I pause a lot when I try to record audios so I was so glad when I saw the pause button. It’s so much smoother and faster and sounds so much better when I record beans now. The idea of beans in the capuchino is so cute and unique to anything I’ve seen before. The little mugs you get from streaks and beans recorded are also such a cute feature. You do need a phone number to make an account which is required was my only difficulty because I wanted my younger sister to join. I love how you can make groups and also talk privately with your friends. The games and questions you can prompt to your friends are such cool features and I definitely shared this app to all of my friends. I 110% recommend getting this app with your friends it’s so fun! So glad I saw that tiktok.
My friends and love but please help
My friends and I have a 45 day streak and we love the app it’s so much better than sending audio messages over text but PLEASE give us an option to have no time limit on the pods. We’re always sending 3-5 podcasts because we really just use it to talk to each other throughout the day. We don’t use the cappuccino podcast feature either so it would be sick if that could be optional. This app rocks though it’s made me feel so much closer to my friends. Also good marketing campaign on tiktok and if ur looking for more influencer I am passionate about cappuccino
Could be big if allowed more user customization!
My friends and I started using this app and it has a lot of potential, but the lack of being able to choose certain things about our cappuccinos really turned us off from it. Not being able to choose the music was a big thing for my friend group personally, being able to customize the music (allowing our own music, making it easier to turn off the music) Choosing the times as well would’ve helped us to keep using the app longer. We are college students that usually stay up pretty late, so we would wake up in the afternoon not 7am, so making them available at our own custom time would’ve been nice! Lastly YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DELETE BEANS. Messing up a bean and accidentally sending it without being able to modify or delete is not great. Even an edit button would be nice! Overall I really like the concept and idea of this app but I think my friend group stopped using it because of the total lack of user control and customization. If it ever gets updated perhaps we’ll start using it again
