Fun to watch them learn!

The first levels were very straightforward and I worried it would be too easy for my now 5-year-old. The increasing difficulty is amazing! I was so impressed by the clever devices and watching him figure out how to do it when I wasn't sure what was next.

My daughter loves this app!!!

I got this app when she was 10 months old. She started out by knowing where the piece are on the iPad. After her first birthday she slowly started to figure out the game. Now she is 17 months I see her understanding colors and shapes. How to get the pieces to one area to another. There are new challenges to every level. I definitely recommend this game if your looking for a fun and educational game for your child. I wish I could post how many levels she goes through. It's really amazing to see her play this game.

Y’all gunna fix this or nah?

As you can see people have been complaining for months that your app isn’t loading. Our kiddos really love your game so it would be awesome if y’all could update the app so it works with the new iOS as I’m sure this is what’s cause the app to malfunction. I see you guys are only responding with “email support so we can help” yeahhhh no. This is everyone asking for help so don’t ask us to email and run in circles to buy you guys time, just say you’re working on it or you aren’t so we can move on. Thanx!

Great for our 2 year old

Our little guy fell in love with this app. We only let him use the iPad every now and then, but when he does, this is the go-to. It’s brilliant in its presentation of shapes and colors, but also works on vision and recognition. There are not enough apps out there for toddlers that are simple enough for them to learn while having fun. Too many are focused just on the gaming aspect, but for the little ones, repetition or the basics is important. Thank you Edoki!!

4yr old loves it!!!

We're very picky about was they play. We want it to make em think. This game is perfect for that. When they get stuck on a level, we just explain to them what is needed from that level and off they go! Love to see their little victory dances!

Easy and safe

If you can block access to the home and power buttons on your device, your kids can't get out of the app or access the menu without answering a math question.

Busy Shapes

My Gkids aged 5 & 7 1/2 love these games...They are challenging and yet fun. (Different from what they are doing in school lessons online. )Soooo when Memaw needs a bit of a break when watching them we take turns with Busy Shapes.

Fantastic Puzzle Game for Young Kids

I am so impressed with this game - not only does it progress through different puzzles with varying difficulty, but it also teaches shape and color recognition. My son just encountered some levels that required him to mix colors to get the match he needed, so he is now learning that red and yellow make orange, yellow and blue make green, etc. I let him use the iPad on rare occasions, but I would feel good about him using this app daily.

Oh... it's a kid's game... 😳😑😂

After watching the demo video I downloaded this game thinking it would be great for me. After flying through a dozen or so levels I started to question both this game's difficulty level, then (embarrassingly) my own intelligence. After doing some quick research I found that this game is for ages 4 and Up (and 5 and under) 😳 Great game for kids (just not ones in their 20's)

More than meets the eyes

This app had an amazing parenting feature on it that really made it stand out as an entertaining game, some would even say educational with descriptions and levels. It even asked me a multiplication question to make sure I was an "adult" haha. I'm keeping this game :)

Description

Are you in search of an innovative way to sharpen your child’s reasoning skills and awaken their intelligence? Then you’ll love Busy Shapes designed for children from 2 years old! *** Featured in App Store Best of 2014 *** *** Featured worldwide by App Store as a Best New App *** *** Featured in the USA Today *** *** Recommended by The Good App Guide *** *** Common Sense Media Editors' Pick 2014 *** *** Parents‘ Choice Awards 2014 *** *** Children's Technology Review Awards 2014 *** > Inspired by the pioneering works of famed Swiss scientist and intelligence expert Jean Piaget (1896-1980) > Helps children improve their ability to handle simple objects through a series of engaging puzzles > Real-time dashboard to monitor progress > Includes an array of kid-friendly features, such as “passing” swipe control & more! ABOUT BUSY SHAPES Busy Shapes helps children improve their ability to handle simple objects through a series of puzzles, in which they must change simple shapes and place them in proper holes.

Along the way, the app responds to each child’s actions with positive guidance and motivation. Plus, the app’s digital exploratory playground regularly refreshes with different objects, which keeps children interested and engaged. INSPIRED BY JEAN PIAGET Busy Shapes is inspired by the pioneering works of famed Swiss scientist and intelligence expert Jean Piaget (1896-1980), who believed that “children are little scientists”, and that a child's thoughts are built through experiences that encourage him or her to engage in the reasoning process. INNOVATIVE, SCALEABLE PLATFORM Busy Shapes’ innovative scaleable platform for evolving experimentation lets children take advantage of the time they spend on touch screens -- so they aren’t just having fun, but learning every second of the way. KID-FRIENDLY DESIGN Busy Shapes features a special “kid-friendly” design that compensates for the fact that when young children hold an iPad or iPhone, they often have a finger touching the screen. “PASSING” SWIPE CONTROL Busy Shapes features “passing” swipe control that is essential for young children's quick hands (i.e. even if a child's finger reaches an object after he or she was already touching the screen, the object is still grasped as intended). POWERFUL ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) Busy Shapes’ powerful AI supports each child’s unique learning journey. For example, the AI tracks the time it takes each child to complete a level, and increases or decreases difficulty accordingly. GUIDED ACCESS To prevent children from exiting the app by pressing the “home” button, Busy Shapes features a customizable Guided Access. This feature also disables selected parts of the screen for safety and protection. SEAMLESS INTERACTION Busy Shapes’ seamless interactive game area never blocks or limits children, and lets them freely access shapes. The menu is also neatly hidden away. AUTOMATIC MEMORY Sometimes the best learning is a combination of cognitive exercise and physical play. Busy Shapes’ automatic memory saves a child’s place in any particular game, which makes the app an ideal complement to physical play and for shorter games. MULTIPLE LANGUAGE SUPPORT The app is now available in: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Greek, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Turkish, Russian, Korean, Indonesian, Malay, Vietnamese, Thai, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese CONNECT WITH US!
