Terrible

What a good job of making an app prettier but completely useless. Logs me out after 2 min. Have to keep logging back in to check history, which is the main reason I use this.

Has its ups and downs over the previous version

Pluses:1. Face ID makes logging in easier.2. Option to extend an existing test so you no longer have to clear & re-set an account on test if you need more time.Minuses:1. Auto-logout after only two minutes when app is running in the background, would like to see an option to adjust the auto-logout time.2. Rather clunky when using the pull-down to refresh the history and taking an account out of test, would like to see that improved.

Like the old app better

In this app if a site has multiple accounts tied to it the history for all accounts linked shows up under every account. It does not keep them separated which makes the app useless to a tech trying to check history on 1 account. When it showing history for 2,3,4,5 accounts all it its history. If its going to be this way they should add a button like the desktop version has to look at site or c/s# history.2ND REVIEWThe improvements to the app are better but you removed the refresh button on the history page. Now you have to back out of history and go back in for the history to refresh the history.

Description

MASmobile is intended for use by customers of MASterMind and requires MASterMind EX services. MASmobile allows authorized central station personnel and dealers to manage customer data, place systems on or off test, view system event history, test history, and system zones, using a mobile device. MASmobile requires MASterMind EX services to connect to your central station database.

MASmobile has undergone a complete redesign from the ground up. The app features a new user interface as well as an enhanced user experience. The app also supports light and dark interface styles. In addition, the app has been redesigned to work exclusively with MASterMind EX services to connect to your central station database. Enhanced security using OAuth Session Management and biometric login support has also been added to the app. Improvements to session management, abandoned session handling, and password reset management are also included.
