Customer service

I never received my package even after I got an email and text message saying it was delivered. Mind you I spent close to $100. I reached out to BlushMark and they told me to wait a couple days just in case the carrier was behind. I waited patiently, nothing. BlushMark told me they would file a claim with the carrier to see where my package was and get it to me asap. BlushMark never reached back to me, I had to contact them again, then I was told 2 weeks later that the claim resolution was the package was delivered successfully and that they couldn’t do anything for me. Not a refund, nothing. I have never had this issue with any other website I’ve used such as shein, romwe, fashion nova, etc. The only issue I’ve had was with romwe, and I told them I never received my package and they re-shipped my package free of charge with express shipping and I got it in 2 days. BlushMark does not know how to take of their customers, this was my first time using them as I was referred to them by multiple friends and I was excited to get from them myself, but I will tell you I will never be ordering from BlushMark ever again!!! Horrible experience!

STOLE MY MONEY, DON’T USE THIS SCAM APP

I have placed 3 orders with this company. The first one on February 25th, second on March 2nd and the third on March 10th. I have not received my packages, a confirmation number, a receipt, tracking number or anything to prove that I had placed the orders, but all the charges went through (over $150 total!!) I’ve been trying to reach out for 2 months regarding my package or a refund. No one will answer or be helpful. They only reply to the reviews to seem somewhat legit. They’ll tell you to seek assistance through the app or an email, and no one responds or assists professionally. I’ve been left hanging by this company over and over again. So I guess when this company takes your money for an order and fails to give you any proof of ordering, (besides my bank statement, but they won’t accept that I guess) and you hold them accountable, it’s actually YOUR fault, for not providing Proof......it makes zero sense. this whole brand is literally built to steal your money. My only hope now is that NO ONE USES THIS APP.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS

If you make a return the either don’t give you your money back or give you part of it back never select put money in your wallet it doesn’t let you use it the clothes and the sizes never look the same or add up they are wayyy over priced for things I know I can get on shein for less and the shipping is high prices as well they also choose how much of your coins you actually get to spend if you have enough to cover your shipping than it’ll only let you use like a dollar of it they’re products always come late or don’t show at all there is entirely too many inconsistency’s and the timing of them accepting your return is sometimes purposely held till it’s over the 30 days meaning you won’t get your money back they have done all of these things to me multiple times IM WARNING EVERYONE delete this app they are scammers they take your money and they keep it if you get your product there is a 20 percent chance it will actually be the right size or even look like what you ordered BE SAFE because even their customer service number isn’t real it’s a dead end THE RATINGS ON HERE ARE FAKE AND HAVE ALL WEIRD MADE UP USERNAMES DO NOT BE FOOLED my money is wasted I didn’t get my clothes and the trash ones that I did get I sent back just for them to choose how I get refunded FOR ME and they put it into my “BlushMark” wallet that I can’t even use I will be pushing this forward to a higher up y’all need to stop this

Package

Something is not right about this order & company!! MY PACKAGE has not moved ANYWHERE since 1/28 order was placed on 1/21 during their holiday which was over the 26th after all that waitin and patiently because of their holiday I respected they claim to have sent my package 1/28. The tracking number provided the package has not moved at all in 6 days. USPS is saying "label created, but that does not mean USPS has received package".They need to CHECK the NUMBER this is UNSCCEPTABLE! Order placed 1/21, a LABEL CREATED 1/28 & it still has not reached USPS NO MOVEMENT. REFUND ME MY MONEY, this is UNACCEPTABLE this means my package is just latying around somewhere it does not take 5 or 6 days to see that the package is moving within the system. I would like a refund to much dishonesty with this company. You keep supplying me the same tracking number & USPS keeps saying a label has been created which does not mean it reached USPS! You see the screen shot. Tired of playing these holiday games and your company keeps giving me the same tracking number of a package that has not moved!!

Absolutely great

First off I just wanna say, if you have ever shopped at any affordable store like Zaful or SHEIN you know that the quality of the clothes is not going to be the best. This was what I was expecting with BlushMark and I was blown away when I received my first order. Not only does the material feel great and thick on everything I ordered (haven’t had to worry about anything being see through even white shirts), I have also never had online tank tops fit me SO well, and I received my order within a WEEK. I’m absolutely in love with this app and I recommend it to anyone who wants some quality clothes for an affordable price. I will say, the app needs some work. It’s annoying when you can’t search for an item at all. Also you get points for leaving reviews, but for some reason my photos will NOT pop up on this app. Anyways, I was so happy with the service and quality of clothes I’m rating it 5 stars anyways :)

Horrible don’t waste your money

This site is so bad. I have ordered from shein in the past and because of their clothes quality and prices I thought I’d try out BlushMark. I purchased a few things and when I received them they were horrible. (Check my reviewed products I posted pictures) the quality was not only horrible but they looked nothing like items I ordered, they were worse than products I ordered from wish. Nothing fit right (not in size but the way it was sewn). Every clothing arrive was put together all wrong most not even having a waist hem. This is false advertising at its best. Please check out my reviews of products so u can see pictures of proof. Needless to say don’t waste ur money stick more legitimate honest companies. There are a few that have similar clothes with similar prices and the quality is so much better. (Halloween costume material!!!! That’s what I’d compare their clothes to) this site is garbage

5 Star Customer Service

Very cute and stylish clothes for a great price. Even better customer service! My package was supposed to arrive December 21-23, but hadn’t even shipped out yet. I sent them an email on the night of the 23rd and the very next day they compensated the delay with points, which save you money off your purchases, and got it shipped out immediately! I’m extremely happy with my purchase and cannot wait for my package to arrive. Very thankful for the good service and compensation, 10/10 would recommend! Most companies nowadays wouldn’t bother to go that extra mile, but they did no questions asked. Only action, no questions. Extremely impressed.

Love the app

The app over all is good and easy to work, the points are given out generously but my concern is that It doesn’t give you any more information about your clothes when the date you were supposed to receive them has passed because I spent over 90 dollars for clothes and they were supposed to arrive June 11th and it still says my clothes has been shipped to designated country. I’m just concerned that I will not receive my clothes and it will be too late to get my money back .. I’m really excited about the clothes I ordered and I have my fingers crossed that I receive them soon. I wish there was a number that we could call for these issues. Love the app though !!

Ya need work but it’s an okay start

So here is my suggestion the same plus size models that ya have wearing the swim wear should be wearing the plus size bottoms, tops and dresses. I only saw a few and I was extremely disappointed but never the less ya are new so I don’t expect much “Rome wasn’t built in a day” so as of now I do have items in my cart but I won’t be buying until yall can do like other sites and describe the model n what she’s wearing so us plus size girls have a chance. Also don’t be stingy plus size color girls look great in color show that. Y’all gots lots to learn about us plus size woman. Ya could give me a job and I guarantee I’ll turn that whole plus section into big bucks cause I don’t know abt ya but skinny girls wanna be big and don’t nobody wanna cuddle with bones. There’s more of us then you think

Amazing (seemingly)

Not only does this app have really cute outfits and things, they're also at very reasonable prices. The checkout is extremely simple and payment is secured. There's a point system for any delays (which is like a coupon). Overall a real well made app and store when it comes to customer care. I just ordered over $100 dollars worth of items to see what the quality is like and will update then. The shipping date is about 2-3 weeks of a window from now which is not bad for clothes considering other apps I've tried. Only problem I have is everything sells out too fast!! So grab what you like while you can!! And what's even more amazing?? They come back in stock within a few days in several sizes 💕 SO FAR I LOVE YOU BLUSHMARKEdit: the processing has taken a really long time. My package says it's ready to ship and has for weeks. They're due to arrive at my house by April 8th but with how the processing has almost been 3 weeks I'm becoming concerned. I really love the things I ordered and hope to receive them by the date. The point system has been offered for every day it is late, however, I really want this order and hope I will receive it in time. I feel waiting a month or more for processing is a little out there. I still have my fingers crossed for this package though.
