Potential but horrible patches and customer service

Title pretty much sums this up well.Cool graphics, easy to navigate between areas like equipment and such, but the game is riddled with horrible bugs. Definitely outweighs the pros of playing this game. Every patch has caused bigger issues. Watching ads is 25% likely to fail and not give you anything. Event specials won’t load correctly. “Calculating”, or “please try again later” will become your least favorite pop up. Good luck reporting it or spending money on this game. I’d be very cautious and concerned after contacting their customer support their data show you “spent it” even if you didn’t. Better games out there to eat up your money and time.

It’s pretty good so far!

I just got to level 50, and I think I’ve spent around 15 dollars on the game. I seem to have hit a wall though and progress seems slow. I guess that’s to be expected really. I was hoping to specialize into a specific category rogue/wizard, but it turns out I need all of them to really make good progress.I was able to specialize in dark magic though, which is cool! That hasn’t negatively affected me yet. I know with these games it’s better to stick to one type to get the most benefit. It’s sorta like that in this game. Except the freaking rebirth bonus never land on dark magic+, which is what I’m solely using. If it did, I would wreck. Haha maybe the game knows that, and is keeping from it.

This is a really good app

Like I said this is a good app if you just go on it every once in a while. And don’t worry about the specifics. I am having a great time there’s a lot of free rewards, and they send you stuff in the mail all the time. (you do have to grind in the dungeons to actually get to your level because they give you a lot of free rewards which boosts your level)And just a lovely experience so far and yes I am not a bot😁

It’s an okay game

It could be better but too bad there is so much money grab in the beginning plus whenever there are ads for additional gold once you play them the most dumbest thing it can do is freeze your phone and you can’t exit out of them. It’ll either freeze there and you have to relog or by luck you can exit out it’s probably the most annoying thing to ever experience in an idle game. Devs please fix your problem otherwise this game is just as bad as any other idle game with freezing ads

MacOS

I love this game and definitely recommend it to anyone willing to try it out for a few days/weeks as it is a bit of a grind but it's enjoyable. I saw that I was able to play the game on my Macbook since it has the M1 chip. I downloaded it from the Mac App Store and it boots up perfectly fine, but once in the loading screen of the intro it prompts a dialogue box that says "You cannot play on rooted devices" even though my laptop is not rooted. Once that issue is fixed the review definitely would be 5 stars

Dead Game

This game used to be fun before they made it heavy p2w. They stopped producing updates and the game overall just feels dead. So many people have quit and the updates have stopped rolling out… I know the game is called “afk dungeon” but I didn’t expect the dev team to be afk as well lol. Save your time and money(if you spend any) and just avoid this game. Feels like the team did an exit scam, made as much profit from this game as they could and then moved on to focus on other things. Players have been kept in the dark and there’s been no improvement to gameplay or to stop the hackers that can jump power and rank like crazy. Find a better game because this game isn’t it.

Fairly Enjoyable Game, But NOT IDLE

The main ways to get stats in the game, at the start, is gold. You can get that easily enough playing or idle, sure. But after a few days to a week, it becomes a better use of gold to focus resources on equipment. You upgrade equipment with gold and enhance using rebirth stones.To get rebirth stones, even using the premium auto function to rebirth at any stage you pick (instead of doing it manually), you MUST leave your phone on with the game open for it to work. If you need your phone running the game and screen on 24/7 to get the resources, that’s not much of an idle game. Back to AFK Arena for me.I will say this game has some cool functions. Crit vs Super crit vs ultra crits, defense vs damage reduction, spells & rune modifiers, 4 different upgrade trees. There are some really cool gameplay mechanics. BUT YOU CANNOT AFK, CANNOT fully PROGRESS OFFLINE. So uninstalled. If I need a screen on for hours to progress, I’ll play an actual game on my Xbox.

One of the best idles out there

This is one of the few games where the developer seems to care about making an enjoyable game first, and the P2W aspects second. Honestly it feels like the way the paid bundles are set up you’re kinda encouraged to play more than pay in general. I really enjoy this game and appreciate the developer!I hope they work on updating the value of their paid options so there’s incentive to purchase - if for no other reason than to support the developer!

Downhill Fast

The game used to be great. It was engaging and rewarded you for the time you put into it. I have played since 2 months after launch and will tell you the game as it is now is nothing like the game it was. They have overloaded the power progression onto heroes that are impossibly difficult to achieve high levels with, in hopes to have players buy hero keys. It wasn’t bad at first as heroes were capped to 5 star upgrades. Then they changed it so they would have no cap and this was the beginning of the slope we are sliding down now. In the last year since I started we have gotten 3 new player sets of gear to obtain, and now we are at 5 cosmetic skins you can get through events. The events were fine until the last they added that is a direct p2w model of an event and if it is how future events are going to be made will only increase the desire I have to uninstall the game. They have abandoned their discord server and only post updates and then promptly log out. They never respond to any suggestions that are posted and certainly do not act upon them. TL;DR Stay away from the game, it’s only becoming more and more pay to win.

Really fun game, but no sound

This game is a really fun game that reminds me of older RPG’s. But, I play on IOS and have no sound. At the begging I have the title screen sounds and effects, but as soon as it opens the real game their is no sound. I’d really like to see this maybe get patched or something.Tho the game does not have the sound, it is still one of my favorite games to play and my opinion would never change about this review!
