Talks too fast

Great app for many reasons, yet the voice/narrator talks way too fast and this can have a counter effect...actually startles you the way she starts in after brief pause...its like "hurry up and relax!"

Great App for beginners

I struggle with meditation and I've been trying to get into the practice. I really like this app it's enjoyable to listen to it helps me stay focused for the full five minutes, no problem.

Best app to learn meditation

I downloaded several apps in an effort to learn meditation. This app teaches you how to meditate in simple 5 minute sessions, and each lesson builds on the last. Great app. Great quality. Thanks!
