Problems Again after latest update!
So now it will not let me view my cameras from my phone or iPad! Why? That’s why it’s an app!!!!!This just after the December update debacle!!!Now in search of a new app to watch my cameras! 😔
Would give 0 stars if that was a option
Terrible product. Can not connect to the app. No instructions! Not walk through to set up the app. Can not contact the company. Don’t waste your money or time
Can't record
I have tried so many ways and times to get my cameras to work. Yes. I've reset it But yet nothing. When I first got it the directions to set it up are a joke. Only thing I can say good is the pictures/videos are good. But there is NO help for this system. I have now been broken into and of course when I go back to look there is nothing for me to view. If I could I've negative numbers. I would be say -4.

I subscribed and paid 4,90$ for a year. Subscription failed & not working, didn’t refund my money (even though I emailed) and now I’m afraid if they still my money cause I did biggest mistake and used my debit card for purchasing.Don’t download & Don’t use

Not useful and also need pay annually, that’s ridiculous, already change the recorder and won’t use it anymore！！！

No leap year option, can’t review 24 hours of footage on app, need to fix this ASAP After the latest update, app crashes sometimes on rotation of device in HD mode, and a little slow This app is used to monitor cameras in a high crime area and need all basic functions , please iPhone 8+ latest iOS updates

Stopped working with upgraded iOS
This app is never consistent and even worse quality. But recently with iOS upgrade it stopped working completely.

Its alright but its not updated frequntly enough and i hate in side view all controls are in ur view why cant tjey jus slipAway like auto hide ans is there another app to use better then thos one

App crashes after 2 minutes of using play back. I have iPhone XR. It is not reliable and it’s a very frustrating app to use. Can’t use playback because before You get to your set mark, the app crashes. I hope I can get my money back, I have 8 cameras....
