Wont Detect Bluetooth

Needs work
App works ok but as others have stated, it logs you out of app randomly. When you bring up app, it quickly logs you out and asks for password. It also only has Celsius for temp, no options to change for USA market. Doesn’t show any history. A few tweaks and this would be great.
Best by far out of ANT, Daly, JK, etc.
I have built hundreds of lithium batteries with over 15 brands of smart BMS. Probably 20 JBD, 4 different 300-900amp ANT BMS (the worst of them all), 10 Daly, several elithion, thunderstruck for Tesla builds, Orion if the customer pays for it, etc. JBD with this app is by far my favorite. When you save a setting it actually does it. The app will connect 100ft away through a wall, ANT has to be 2ft max. The voltage updates super fast live compared to most. Seriously everything is better than the other brands software wise the only downside is the biggest JBD BMS I have been able to buy is the 250a 22s LiFePo4. I often do 500a and 30s so hopefully they will support that soon!
Difficult to use
Seems like a good idea for app but no directions. Cant bind to phone number. Malformed phone # is the error but it doesn’t say how it should be formatted. I have tried all ways I can think of for format. It appears I can’t change any setting until I can bind the info.App shows only at half capacity. I have tried to chat the but no change. Support website is not in English. Need a manual or more info or this battery was a waste of a purchase.
La nueva actualización de la aplicación
Soy usuario de esta aplicación desde. Que salió hace unos meses y estoy muy triste porque con esta nueva actualización al estar en Cuba 🇨🇺 no me deja registrarme y por lo tanto no puede usar la aplicación. Espero q todo esto solo sea temporal y en futuras actualizaciones corrijan esto. Saludos

Lots of useful information. Like the previous reviewer said, it sometimes asks you to log in again despite never logging out. Not the end of the world. I would really appreciate it if the developer could add a setting to change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit for us American users!

No instructions, can’t connect multiple battieries
I’ve tried repeatedly to connect multiple batteries to the app. It only allows the first one, and that is it. No instructions. Not very well designed.
