my favorite part is that it automatically graphs, before i was trying to use a spreadsheet but idk how to / if i can graph by months, days stuff, so the x axis was off because i just wrote the number as (yymmddhh) . this app is much more accurate than my wacky spreadsheetvery useful i love itand it keeps me motivated so far. tracking in general keeps me motivated, but this makes it easy!
Profoundly simple. It does what a weight log should do: it records your weight, it charts fluctuations and embellishes with a few additional touches. That's it. Less is more and be assured this "more" is an outstanding example of functionality providing an optimum level of "more".
I love it when I can keep an eye on my weights.
This app indeed changed my life! I found it appealing that I can literally look up anything I want and if my recipe is not there you can go ingredient by ingredient. Life is easy with this app.
This app has the potential to be a valuable tool in anyone's weightloss journey, however the free app does not offer enough to encourage the purchase of the upgraded app. It only allows you to log your weight. The option to track with pictures is a little enticing but that's it.
Easy to use. Keeps information organized and calculates extra info on gains and losses, BMI, and more. Keeps your target/goal where you can see it as a reminder to strive for it...very clever! Also, counts down the days to your goal date target. The only thing I would like to see upgraded is a daily journal that holds a limitless amount of info for particularly detailed problems. I would recommend this app with four stars, unless a journal is added in...then I would give it five stars! Thank you :)
The ads in this app were ridiculous blocking me from doing everything that I needed to do, so I coughed up the $1.99 which took care of the ad problems. Now it's so buggy I can't even delete a photo that I've taken in the log even though there's a delete button. Save your $2 and wait on this one.
I’m a 15 year old that is on a diet, not specific, but a diet. my goal is to lose 85 pounds but not all at once. once i loose 5, i go lower until i reach my goal. i’ve already seen a difference on the scale. i weighed 236 and lost two pounds in a day, which i think is pretty good for me. this app, even though i just got it seem very helpful. the only thing i don’t care for is you have to pay for some of the stuff. i don’t have my own credit card or anything to pay this stuff with. but for now, just with logging my weight it’s worked like a charm. it’s simple and easy to use which is great. 👌
Yes it’s called weight log but I was under the impression both weight and body fat would be shown in the graph since there’s a field for it. I upgraded thinking then it would show but all I got was more options for colors. I used to have an Excel spreadsheet tracking my body weight in the left vertical axis and my body fat % on the right vertical axis - hence two lines along with dotted trend lines going through them. Other than that this app is great because I have a electric scale that measures my body fat. I don’t have time or patience to measure my arms, chest, waist, etc. I just want to know my weight, body fat, and the photo log features is great. I’ve found most other apps way too bloated, feature rich, and busy looking. This one is more minimal and easy to use.
