App frequently refuses to allow notes to be copied and pasted, and will frequently have the loading animation pop up on the screen after navigating away from the app only to never disappear until the app is fully closed and restarted.
Poorly optimized, doesn’t allow proper check out, geofence not correct half the time.
Worst app ever!! Never can close because of error not authorized on PCR. Constantly rebooting. Techs have to call to close ticket. IT tell you you update app and to send screenshot still not correct. Get bugs worked out before you switch !!! Awful
The login I use for the website doesn’t work for the app, and when you try to use SSO, it takes up your screen with the little green floppy circle before you can finish signing in
At first, this app was unusable. Very buggy. Now, the only issues are as follows :Resolution notes disappear if you switch between apps, like checking your parts PDF and switching back to the app. This needs to be fixed as it’s incredibly inconvenient to loose all that data. Workaround is to type your resolution in notes and just copy/paste. Another issue is that you run out of space in resolution notes. Often times I’m dealing with a complex problem and solution and there is really no valid reason to limit how in depth a tech wants to go with notes. Team Leads like seeing it, customer appreciates it and if there is another tech working on the unit after you, it’s pretty great having thorough notes. Also, refresh needs to be improved. Sometimes you’re twiddling your thumbs waiting for the screen to refresh. In reality, we need it to be near instantaneous as anything else is a waste of time.
When checking out after uploading pictures there is no option for not completed it’s not there in the app anymore please update
Recently I have only been given the option to complete a call and not mark it incomplete or waiting for parts. I tried submitting a help ticket to Vixxo support but they stopped emailing me back.
This is the worst app I have ever used for any reason.
Vixxo and 711 are the worst companies ever, and this app somehow manages to be just as bad.
Every day I’m forced to uninstall the app and re install it. Support is lacking
