Paid for Pro, app stopped working

I paid to upgrade to Pro so I could have all the collage and text options. Since I paid for the upgrade I have not been able to access the app on my iPhone or iPad at all. It says it is opening the application and then it closes and goes back to my home screen. I have not been able to use the limited or pro version of Vidstitch since I paid for the upgrade and when I attempted to get help from App support that page would not load either.

KINDA DUMB LOL

So it works, doesn’t turn black like a lot of these reviews claim, WHY BECAUSE I READ THE PART WHERE THEY SAY: that this works on iPhones and iPads other devices might CRASH! Anyway...it worked but let’s say you upload two videos, the app makes it so it plays them AT THE SAME TIME😂😂😭 so the videos overlap one another; sounds pretty funny but pointless ... maybe for funny videos or something...but what I really wanted was a video collage that allowed you to upload multiple videos and be able to play them separately or one at a time... so this app is EH 🤷🏽‍♀️. YOU CAN ONLY UPLOAD 2 VIDEOS PER COLLAGE, MORE VIDEOS MORE MONEY... and again I would pay IF it was what I was looking for....so no thanks. 🙄

Paid for Pro, didn't work

I paid the cost of upgrading to Pro so I could do a collage with four videos. Every time I did this, three videos would work, but the fourth would always be a black square. I decided to compromise and do three videos and one photo in a collage, but one of the squares was always empty. Half the time, the video collage would not render a preview at all and I could not save my work. I spent the better part of an hour trying to create a short video collage and have nothing to show for it. I'd expect this from a free app, but the fact that I paid for this and it's not working properly is disappointing.

Won’t play videos separately as advertised.

Could be a useful app... if I didn’t want any of the audio from my videos. Used a 4 slot frame and uploaded two pictures and two videos. Upon finalizing, there is no way to play the videos one at a time. They only play simultaneously with both audios playing at the same time. This is not what the app advertises. In their promo pictures, they have two videos in a three slot frame with two play buttons. If you’re going to advertise that, then please make sure your app is able to follow through.

Crashes

When I first downloaded this app if you years ago it was working perfectly and it sort of degraded overtime. Now they had to delete the app and re-download it and reinstall on my iPhone xr, and as soon as I select a frame to fill and add a 3 min video,It crashes and takes me back to my phones home screen. Over and over no matter what I do. I went to the support page and it takes me to a PDF which is useless to me. I would prefer to email someone for help rather than read a PDF file. If this probably is taken care of I will give five stars

Favorite video app

Great app with many easy to use features. However I would like to be able to adjust the borders to fit custom pic and vid sizes, also should be able to add multiple videos (slide show) in a single frame versus only multiple videos in different frames. Then this app will dominate all of the others. All in all I still enjoy this app and use it all the time

Ripped me off

got older free version was good so I bought the upgraded version worked great. then they forced you to upgrade because it took all the features away. so i bought and upgraded again that’s two times!! then it never worked right. stillHas problems and took away features again!! now they expect you to buy the pro version where as the old one already had great features and paid twice which got worse everytime total scam! now it doesn’t even load!

Apparently, I should pay twice

I paid for the Pro before they changed the price to $1.99. It worked pretty well most of the time. Occasionally, it would crash for no reason and a couple of the features always made it crash 🤷🏻‍♂️ but I liked it. However, when the price increased, it stopped loading. All I can figure is the new pro version is just different enough that my old won’t load, but the system still thinks I’m “pro”. I can even download and use the free version anymore. Maybe they’ll get this straightened out and I can change my rating.

VidStitch is AWESOME!....when it used to actually work

I’ve used Vidstitch several times, but in the last week or so, the app doesn’t load anymore whatsoever. Keep in mind that I’ve restarted it many times over and all of my other apps work perfectly fine as always. It’s so strange to see this app that used to run smoothly not being able to even load anymore. What happened???

Used to be good before it crashed all the time

I loved this app when it worked like it should, even paid extra to do more. Now every time I try to open it, it says its loading then just boots me out and does the same thing every time. I tried closing the app and restarting it turning my phone off and back on again to see if that would work — nothing worked! I gave it 2 stars cause I know it has potential, but right now the way it’s acting I’d give it -10 stars.
