Ruby VIP Membership - not given rewards

I have purchased the Ruby VIP membership multiple times and it is supposed to give 4x the reward for a Lucky Bonus. I was given a Lucky Bonus several days ago but it was not 4x like it was supposed to be. They shorted me 3 Trillion chips. I sent a request on the app to have this fixed and they are not responding and have not added to my account. If this is fixed I will update my review to a higher review.

Unrealistic

In reference to the free spin. Are you able to hit other prizes besides the 500 and 600 after you spend $100, $500 or is the dollar amount higher? Asking for a friend.

Unrealistic Play

Other players "Chase to the River" and beat you. A player will sit down and win 75% of the hands on a 5 player table. Not worth your time

Not fair game

Am well known as Sofy i played this game from the beginning but this app is not fair at all. Any user can sit and play 2 ids if he uses another internet connection and velo cant dedicate it. This game allow cheating.Personally i tried using multiple devices on same table and it worked without banning. One other issue they have no admins all the time, when admin is free sometimes they answer and sometimes no answer. They are hungry for more players and can't banned for that reason.My advice play small stakes and save ur money. SOFY

Rigged scam class action lawsuit

Lose 60T and purchase many times in one week just to lose everyday! Rigged! Same cards over and over and they have employees on tables raising you out of your winning hands. Complete scam. One month later still losing. Scam!

It’s an ok game, however the chips are very expensive. The site is full of bots etc….. bingo at its maximum. Reduce the price of chips so we can support the game. Just my opinion

Rigged Game?

I experienced the same exactly pattern. Bot players dominated the game by going all in every hand. I went from 1.2 trillion to $0 less than an hour. I am requesting my money back. I’m not paying to player against bots. You lose 99% of the starting hands. And if you do get high cards, the bot player call an unreasonable amount, like 64B OR 104B, forcing you to fold automatically. I actually, tested this game to see if I was wrong, but too my discovery. I proved to be right. The game is using illegal bot players. The extremely fast pace and consistently ridiculous raises. You will lose every low hand, the deck is stacked against you. And if you get a good hand like an A-J, don’t raise before seeing the flop. It’s a setup in my opinion. This game is no enjoyable to play . It’s rigged.
