Needs more tournaments

Needs more live chat tournaments especially in the evening. 8:30 cst and then the next one is at 12am? Have them every 2 hours at a minimum. Every odd number or every even number of the clock between 4pm and midnight. And be consistent with start times. Also, crash less - I’ve entered so many tournaments and it times me out because it ‘can’t find a table’ and then I lose my buy in and can’t play in a tourney for 3.5 hours…

Cards

I want to know how every body in that game but me with a pair in hand starts off with there card first in table I think I won one hand with a pair. It’s ridiculous. Over all is pretty fair except when somebody that just joins starts off winning multiple hands

Hands down the best poker/BJ app with chat

Being able to talk and video chat during poker tournaments and Blackjack. You can turn it off at will just incase you want the silence. Feels like the slots are way more in the house’s favor. It can get pretty brutal once you get the taste of a jackpot. Like any casino inspired app The house always wins.. especially over the years…

It’s a love hate relationship

The social aspect mixed with the design is great, could be dynamite. Guess there are reasons, but I think face chat should be available on the majority of tables, not a small minority. Somehow still with limited tables, there filled with more bots than real people. It’s no fun, and you feel insane trying to spark conversations on a face chat table, and not one player responds to an emoji if your human test. Why are bots even on social tables in the first place, news flash they are not self aware yet.And Glitches. Try this, take a tiny percentage of the piles of money we happily pay you, take that money and you fix the glitches. There must be disconnect somewhere because typically that’s what successful high quality developers do. This isn’t 1999, a trained monkey could fix it using chatgpt beta 1.0 running on a pentium 3. You better get your act together if you want to be a player in this next boom in social gaming. I’ll spend my money on the apps that will take your design and make it better.Criticism aside, the social interaction with your game is better than the completion right now, so stop limiting the social opportunities, thinking improvements maybe, and stop the bot overload before ruins a good thing for both of us. Get with it and I will happily give you my money for the next 20 years.

Stellar graphics/horrible game play

Massive Gaming has destroyed what used to be a solid poker app. They even removed live video and audio chat from tournaments. Card distribution favors new players and the hands generally look nothing like real cards dealt in a card room. Every hand pits at least two players against each other with ridiculous hands—the normal rules of poker do not apply. When the algorithm decides it’s time for a losing streak, you simply cannot win—at all. Blackjack and the slots are even worse than poker. Massive is messaging around trust these days, but I wouldn’t trust that company with a single cent of real money. Why they bought this app so they could totally destroy it, boggles the mind.

Meh

It’s not often you find a casino game where your odds are better on the slots than in blackjack. The dealer has a tendency to hit 6-5, 7-4, 2-9 on the first 2 cards far more often than is probable. The poker part is pretty good, could maybe benefit from a shorter play clock though.

Wishy Washy

I used to win a lot more. Now you can see the game glitching to make sure you lose. I would pay for something occasionally if I won more. It’s not fun going down to zero constantly. I want to win more like I did when I first started playing. I was in the millions at one point. Please put it back like before.

Originally gave a 5 star rating, and wrote this-Some apps allow a flush or full house on every other hand, thats not reality. I appreciate that you can actually win a hand with just a J high, which is not the case with other apps. Now I changed my rating to 1. I’ve written 5 emails and not a single one has been answered. 😡 after 4 days of no communication they sent me an email and are working to address the problem with my account.After a number of attempts at trying to reason with customer service, I still have not received a single chip of the 999 Million I won in a tournament. I even sent a screenshot with valid proof. Also they agreed with me on a different instance, when a glitch raised my bet amount from $100,000 to $100Million. After only two spins on the slot machine I was out of money.
