Now it is easy to use for children’s needs. Important places such as school, free time activities and the home of your kid’s grandparents can be individually set up and simply stored as favourites on the ‘jump Board’. Connections including travel real time Parents can install up to eight goals on the jump board in their kid’s app. They can also tag and visualise them individually. There is a tutorial to help the young users apply all features of the jump board. Thus, children and young teenagers can easily jump between their destinations by wiping between the icons on the jump board. Once your child has chosen one travel itinerary, she or he can easily follow the sliders to navigate through traffic – systematically. Using text and pictograms, each slide explains which bus line comes next, where to switch lines and if any bus or train is delayed. Help by GPS In case your kid needs help, the app has an exclusive easy-to-use help feature. An exclamation mark symbolises the help button, which generates a standardised message including the battery level. In order to use this feature as well as others, we strongly recommend unlocking the GPS for the app. The VBB jump app only uses location data so your kid can easily find the best connection from their position. The app works according to data protection policies and does not pass on any personal information to third parties. Security Please be aware that the app does not substitute parental guidance in public spaces: for best usage, we strongly recommend practising travel itineraries with your kids multiple times. Thus, your daughter or son learns travel destinations and directions – and the use of apps and their smartphone in a proper way. The VBB jump app is currently only available in English and German.
