My Vault had been crashing recently. I had files about 10 GB but unfortunately i lost it when i deleted the app and i didn’t have a backup as well. Later, after looking in the app for several hours i found out what was the real problem of the app for crashing like that. It was themes. If you change your default theme to a new theme(i am talking about some themes not all of them), the app is going to crash next time you try to open it.So please never try to change your default theme.

HELP

it’s a good app for the most part , i’ve been using for a while now , premium too . i just noticed that you can add live photo’s & view them as live photos in the app too which is cool . my only problem is that the cloud backup always fails & has been for months if not over a year . it’ll load all the way to 100% & say ‘ failed do to network issue ‘ & ‘ failed due to unknown errors ‘ in the backups log , when i know my network is fine . also all of a sudden i can’t add anything & its done this before . it’ll say it added & ask to delete original , but content isn’t added . if i can’t backup my content how am i supposed to delete & redownload if that’s a solution ? PLEASE HELP DEVELOPER , IM A MOSTLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER .

Don’t do it

The app worked perfectly the first 3 years. However for the past 2 years the Premium account has not worked. They’re has been no backing up of data and I constantly get an error message when i sign j to my account. No one has answered a single email in almost 2 years. I cannot get any help!! Your items will be held hostage while you pay for services you do not receive. Even when working properly the upload process shows your items in backwards order. Use an app where you don’t have to chase the developer, who appears to be in China.

Go another route

I’ve had a premium membership since day one and everything was good until recently. The app was giving me issues so I tried reinstalling it. It wasn’t allowing me to login to recover my account because it said my password was incorrect. When I tried doing “forgot password” and every time I put my email in it said my account didn’t exist. I’ve tried contact the company via email and it’s been 4 days without response despite the fact they advertise they have 24/7 customer support. I’ve tried looking their phone number up online and all the contact info is deactivated. Needless to say alllll my sensitive photos and videos are gone now and I have no way to recover them. I’d expect more from a company found in the Apple App Store!

Is this another form of Fraud

I have made every attempt of sending messages & emails about the issue that I’m not getting the use of my service. For over 2 yrs I have been paying 9.99 every 3 months for premium but not getting premium service. I cannot store any videos, pictures or messages. I cannot do anything without the app prompting me to upgrade to premium. Even if I choose the option I get the error message that I’m currently a customer of premium. Can someone please assist me, the only reason I have not deleted this app is because I do not want to loose my pictures & videos that I do have stored.

Won’t open anymore

This app came in pretty handy from time to time when i needed somewhere to store some photos but as time went on my app got progressively worse. It all worked great at the beginning but then my first non fixable issue that i had was that every time i tried to import a photo the app would crash. So after that point i couldn’t import a single photo. Another issue i have now is that the app won’t open and doesn’t stay on longer than 1 second before it crashes. I have offloaded the app several times and tried several different fixes in order to get it to work but nothing has worked. Overall it was a pretty neat app at this stage i can’t even use it

APP CRASHES

For the most part this app has been on point. But here in the last month or so, it crashes when importing photos. Please do something about this ASAP. A lot of us rely on this app to keep photos safe. I’m giving you guys 4 stars, would’ve been 5 if this problem didn’t exist. But also I see no feedback from you guys letting us know anything, or even if you’ll know this problem exist. I’m giving you’ll 30 more days to resolve and then I’m deleting. Thanks in advance.

Beyond Disappointed.. Flabbergasted with anger

I used this app for many years & recently could no gain access to my videos & pictures I had saved. Forced to go premium to try to resolve the issue with a prayer only to ultimately fail. I upgraded after months of trying to get this company to help via email. As I retired to retrieve my saved Vids & Pic. This company downloaded the same 5 or so pics I’ve 4,000 times. As if a slap in the face waiting this long for help wasn’t enough.. I suggest you use other online options to save your important Vids & Pics. It is not worth trusting in this company. In the end you “will” be disappointed

App crashing constantly

I’ve loved this app up until recently. Now, every time I go to launch the app, it crashes before it begins to load. It basically flashes on my screen and goes away. It doesn’t even show up in my open apps. I’m using iPhone 12 Pro Max. Before, I was using iPhone 11 plus and it worked fine on that device. I tried the app support and it goes to open a page in the browser and it just remains blank. Nothing is even trying to load. Please fix this so that I can get access to my photos and videos. I’ll change my review once I get access to my stuff.

Non transfer

I’m mad at this app because every time you change your phone you loose everything this is my second time loosing all my photos , it’s not safe to use this app especially if you have photos you uploaded and deleted on your phone if your phone is stolen or you decided to upgrade kiss everything goodbye , there is no one to talk to about it no customer service no reply to feed no reply to review NOTHING IF I COULD GIVE THEM Zero star I would because I have lost 3 years of photos that were important while I’m paying money yearly to make sure those photos are kept safely not happy at all so not use this app PERIOD.
