Not working for but packs more than 2 months

It’s been more than 2 months we couldn’t buy data packs directly from apps,that tab with extra data gift is just for only show .

So poor connection & many errors

When i extend my don don data, always face with difficulties ( such as application errors, connection errors and so many errors). I can't always extend my data although i purchase tge don don. After purchasing, always appears black screen and out of the application. And then, i can never extend my bonus data.

A lots of error in ios updated version

All of my VIP points are gone.Can't even click the VIP section in both Website account and application account.I've tried your uninstalled/install again method.All I can see in update version is just "Lucky Lantern" and the others service sections are not working prpperly.Please try to fixed it asap

Apps keep crashing. Logging out in buy plans tab.

App keeps crashing whenever I bring up the buy plans tab. Didn’t happen like that before. I can’t even choose to buy packages with ease and every time I have to login again. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Totally unusable

Ever since I updated to their version 8.7, the app only shows red screen. I deleted and reinstalled the app over and over again. Nothing seems to be working. I contacted Ooredoo Myanmar via facebook. They doesn’t even bother to reply me. iPhone SE first gen iOS 15.7.1

Need to improve... worst app

Loads of bugs.... error loading, literally everything in there froze every time when opening other menu. Difficult to use.

OTP not receiving error

This error is happening more than one year and they are not even trying to fix it. Cannot reach out customer service and annoying customer with too many reminder messages to register sim although my sim is already successfully registered.

Worst app ever… Even after purchased from Oomanji and Don Don can’t play easily. Bad application ever. Shouldn’t 1 star. Should be zero rating.After top up , "your balance “ can’t count quickly.Waiting more than 100 second.
