Great Transportation Company

I absolutely love what I do. Heard of UZURV through my husband’s friend who currently works for the company. Wasn’t sure if this was right for me knowing there was no desire to work for Uber or Lyft. The training was lengthy but for good reasons, it teaches how to help and interact with our clients who are appreciative we go door to door. This job has helped me come out my shell more. I love that I get to make a difference in someone’s life by fulfilling a need through transportation. I also love that I get to choose my schedule each day as this gives me the opportunity to care for my family on my terms. UZURV support has been easy to work with when needed. I must say this is one of the best companies I’ve worked for in terms of work/ life balance, caring for both employees and our clients.

Daily instant pay !

Can you guys give us access to daily instant pay like the other companies everything else is great ! But a win/win would be to cashout up to 5 times daily like Lyft and Uber it helps with gas and necessary unexpected maintenance cost. I love it keep up the good work ! 🫶🏽🩷 -Baltimore Driver

Please don’t waste ur time with this app

Waste off time to read time and condition, answering too many questions. I applied for driving not for pilots jobs to answer these nonsense questions Even TCP CDL and other license doesn’t require that much nonsense requirements. Uber, LYFT is the biggest provider they don’t have that much time and conditions. This platform is crazy not worth to working with them. Deleting this platform.

Miles, miles, miles

Due to the various TNCs involved that transport the many riders of UZURV360; the areas you drive in do cover a multitude of counties. You can either use UZURV360 to fill in gaps of other driving gigs you do or you can create a route to keep busy all day doing only UZURV360. Be prepared to spend long hours in your car though. It’s the closest gig to actually driving a cab that there is. Even the pax are friendly and chill unlike typical entitled rideshare customers. I gave only three stars because of the many app glitches and due to having to drive across town back n forth to pick up customers. With UZURV360 you can’t really pick an area and just ‘wait for pings there’. These are mostly medical rides so they will come from out of town into the city to one of our many medical centers. If you’re also doing Uber/Lyft it would be nice of you to just stick to that. Some of us are only doing UZURV360 and there really aren’t that many rides to go around. I say you will be busy with many miles because you bounce across town to get to your fare. Not because they are many of them. Ok well that’s all I’ve got. Oh!!! Support is great AND local! They’re just a phone call away. App is glitchy and right now I can’t even access rides or my account. But it’s a good company to drive for!

Agree with Y’all Some Haters

Been driving a little over a year n loved the company and UZURV support. I dropped off pax n received a phone call this morning asking if I had seen email regarding random drug screen. I only check my email about once a week n checked it this morning so No, haven’t seen it n won’t till next week. Anyhow they called n wanted me to immediately go get drug tested. I explained I have an appt with dealership and sent them the reminder from dealership to prove I wasn’t lying. I’m getting recall items taken care of. I also have a vibration n (at dealership now)need that fixed. So with their prices I’m going somewhere else after this to have rotors turned. But UZURV wants me to immediately go n get tested from dealership. No such thing as immediately. Hello Fresh boxes are out so I need to work when I can. After UZURV updated app n changed staff available rides aren’t as plentiful in my area anymore. The money I’m making now from UZURV I can make just by getting my car wrapped (which UZURV doesn’t allow) or by trading for a pickup truck delivering larger items with no interruptions to my life. Might just be time to say goodbye to UZURV.

A superior experience

After being burned by other rideshare services, I was careful about signing up for other services. The pay is better, the riders are FAR more grateful, and it’s much more rewarding completing these kinds of trips. I look forward to doing more of these rides and less of the standard fare rideshare. It’s also nice to have met face to face with company managers.

Stay far far away

UZURV is an absolutely dreadful platform for drivers, and I can't emphasize enough how terrible their payment structure is. It's mind-boggling how they've recently slashed ride pay in half just to bolster their own profits, leaving drivers in the dust. This sort of exploitation seems to be an unfortunate trend among gig companies – hire a large workforce, then cut their pay when it's convenient for the company.Adding insult to injury, UZURV expects drivers to provide services that are far beyond the scope of a typical ride-hailing platform. They want you to transport wheelchairs, assist passengers with bags, and even walk people to your car and open doors – all while compensating you at rates comparable to Uber, which is already notorious for low pay.Furthermore, the requirement to pass drug tests and breathalyzers is an intrusive and unnecessary intrusion into drivers' personal lives. It's clear that UZURV's priorities lie in maximizing their own profits at the expense of their hard-working drivers. Take, for instance, a $40 ride that translates into a measly $15 payment for the driver – that's just highway robbery in the gig economy. Avoid UZURV like the plague if you value fair compensation and respect for your efforts as a driver.

They’ve definitely got the right stuff.

I’ve been on numerous “ride share” platforms, as well as other “on demand” platforms,for a number of years. This one is—by FAR—the best.As with any newer and increasingly successful start-up—a LUCKY one, experiencing rapid and significant growth—there’s bound to be some growing pains.Pretty much the norm, but…NOT SO MUCH here. Not really, anyway. They’re not going to oversaturate the market with drivers. They are very good to their drivers, the best of the best, as long as everything runs smoothly.Roll with it, don’t question ANYTHING, and you will do great!

The app is too glitchy!

I have been driving for UZURV for around 4 or 5 years. The parents are appreciative and the pay is decent. My gripes: You can no longer get paid more than twice a week. The pay out is 3-4 days when you cash out and no INSTANT PAY OUT option. They have an update almost every month now and the one basic thing they still haven’t fixed: SCREEN REFRESH. Sometimes I have to select an expired ride just to get the screen to update. Very frustrating when your trying to get an ON DEMAND ride but it has already been accepted.

After a year

Software is buggy and the riders demand you do things for them all the time that is outside the rides guidelines. Now that the svs has been around awhile the pax are less grateful for the good svs at a fair price. Also this is the only company I’ve worked for when your tenure works against you. The support staff is fair and works with you and your dial in hotline is stateside and generally is quick at getting things done those are 2 positive things about Uzurv.
