The Comments
The app is good, and overall, the update has some very good improvements. I like that Smack and the team is listening to the subscribers feedback... in which I hope they continue to do that... with that said, I would like the ability to stop the auto scroll feature of the live comments section. If I want to actually read them, I need the screen to stop taking me to the bottom of a new comment... because ultimately what you want is to create a platform - besides twitter, where BR fans can engage with each other. I’ve been a subscriber since day one and haven’t deleted it and reinstalled... I’ve been here for the culture, and having that comments section get more fine tuned would be a game changer.I would also like to see some sort of volume normalization between the actual battle volume and the 🤘🏾 button... too often the difference is too great. The battle is low and the horn/Don Demarco is loud as hell! Yikes. Please add this to the next update as well. Thanks. Y’all headed in the right direction. *PS. Don’t make us wait forever to see the December 8, 2019 event with Hollow and Danny, everybody caint afford $60 around the holidays. Real Talk. 😬🤘🏾
The App Doesn’t Open.
I love battle rap and the URL but this app is so glitchy. I’ve had so many issues with it over the years that I usually look past, but now I can’t even open the app passed the initial logo. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I’ve tried restarting my phone and nothing is working. I have an iPhone 13, so I know my phone isn’t too dated to support the app. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. If this isn’t fixed by the end of the week, I will be ending my subscription. Paying a monthly subscription for an app that doesn’t work is a waste.
Fix plz
The reason why I rate it a 2 I love that I can go back and rewatch classics but my only problem is it doesn’t load live comments and it kicks me out while watching a battle it takes me back to the home screen of my phone. Not only that the geechi vs goodz battle doesn’t load at all no matter how many times I try and that was one of my favorite battles. I don’t know what to do at this point it kicks me out as soon as I click on a battle does anybody have a clue on why?
It’s getting worse every update
This probably my last month supporting y’all until I start seeing reviews that everything is working fine. Since March almost every review has said the app isn’t working properly on mobile. When they tap the app it sends them back to home page. I’ve had plenty of issues but barely that one. But since y’all last update a week ago I’ve been having the same issue on mobile app. Y’all troubleshooting isn’t helping. And when you email support y’all don’t even respond most the time. Then when y’all finally decide to it’s basically the same troubleshooting tips that don’t work. So either get it together over there are or shut it down completely before y’all be out of customers completely!
Dedicated Battle Rap App
Love the direction this app has taken in 2020. Like all apps, it takes work and effort to iron out bugs and issues along with getting feedback on how to fix problems. From the way the app look and the content we had from the beginning to now, I'd say they've taken huge leaps towards providing more updates and putting out way more content than last year. Salute URL 💯💯💯

I ain’t get paid for this nor am I a bot, I’m a subscriber to this app and will keep it real. Biggest con is that the app stops working occasionally. For myself it’s every 2-3 days that the app will open yet never loads past the URL loading screen. FIX IT IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE YOURE LOSING OUT ON SUBSCRIBERS. Biggest pro is there’s no other place to watch over 500 battles other than URL TV. From your favorites to battlers you may have missed out on, they’re all there. Make a playlist, download videos for offline viewing, it’s up to you. Amazing content for the app, other than the ongoing app loading bug, it’d be easy to say 5 stars!

Only bug I’m dealing with and have been for months now is every time you add a video to your playlist, it doesn’t save. I’ve deleted it, updated it, everything. FIX THE INABILITY TO SAVE RECENTLY ADDED VIDEOS TO PLAYLIST. Otherwise it’s worth it for the numerous battles
Update the update
Love the app, but the most recent update doesn’t allow my app to even open beyond the initial URL logo you see. Trying to watch KVQ4 drops!UPDATE 3/29: Appreciate the quick response! Back to watching battles, don’t know why I didn’t think of that myself. 😂 keep doing what y’all doing!
Fix bugs
I love the battles, Only thing I have a problem with is that it kicks me all the way off the app back to my Home Screen and I gotta click the app again and start watching the battle all over again, And also some times the battles don’t load all the way and it starts skipping so I have to exit the battle and click it again for it to play Al the way through regular, These bugs are a problem that need to be fixed other then that I love the content you get 3 stars from Me just off that it would be a 5 if the glitches weren’t there
Not functional
The app does not open at all. The load screen never transitions to the Home Page. There have been a few reviews saying the same thing - there has been no update. WHEN THE APP WAS FUNCTIONAL, 2 MONTHS AGO: App cannot be used while sending text messages or writing notes. The screen lags when tapping the screen for the play/pause, rewind, and fast forward buttons. When you watch a full battle, the screen turns a pale gray color, you cannot use the white buttons on screen to vote on battles, comment or return to the homepage to watch another battle.
