Does not Function Properly

I spent the $20 to gain full access of what the remote had to offer, and was pretty happy with me purchase the first couple weeks however now I can’t even access the remote when I get in the app. The app freezes and fails to do what is expected of it. If this was fixed then I’d change my rating however being that I spent $20 on the app, I am not pleased with the result.

Works with many brands

Downloaded and tried three other apps to connect to my Vizio tv but all of them failed to find or connect to it even though both devices were on the same home network. This app found and connected to my tv instantly and it WORKS!! Plus some of the other apps insisted on subscribing BEFORE even allowing you to test the remote feature… why would I sign up for something that may of may not even be compatible with my device?? Dumb. Or there were other apps that bombarded you with ad hoops to jump through which got old really fast. While this app still is not perfect by any means, in a market flooded with mediocre remote apps this one shines above the rest and was worth every penny.

Scary at first but… works!!!

I didn’t know what to do about my new tv when my remote took a dump!?!! I went getting explanation for it and found that my remotes that are IR or other do tend to wear out and break!! This one that I got seems to do the trick every time!! It works off of wi-fi so if you have router then it works was well as that. Then when I worked this out, my mom also had a problem and I used this phone on her tv with the app I got and it worked for her as well!!! So,… I bought it for her on her phone too and she seems to be still fine… Real Good! As in Really does the trick and can help you with other tv’s!!!

Only worked for two weeks

I got this app back in December 2020 and was excited it’s not have to use all my remotes and all my equipment. Shortly after purchasing the app the app became unstable to the point that it freezes when you open it and then shut down completely and I’m back on my home screen. I regret spending money on it because I only enjoyed it for such a short time and there’s so many other apps that are better. I hope they fix this app soon because it was great while it lasted but as of right now, Don’t waste your money!

Bets universal remote

I’ve tried so many universal remotes and when I saw this and downloaded it was so quick and easy for me to connect . It’s not laggy or choppy it gets the job done premium or not .

You only have One Job !!!

I’m just gonna start this review by saying do not download this app if you are frustrated and cannot find your remote control this app will do nothing but make you wanna break your phone this app only works intermittently when it sees fit or when he chooses to. This app will work one moment and completely crash the next.Even if this app has worked for you in the past and you think it’s going to be your saving grace when you can’t find your remote control you are wrong forgo the headache and don’t download this app or any of the remote apps because they all don’t work even if you pay for them

Garbage

Connects to a fire TV but ends up being extremely laggy and buggy. The Apple Watch functionality doesn’t work at all which is the only reason I got the app. $9.99 per month for a remote? Are you guys kidding? There are streaming services that I pay 10 bucks a month for.You don’t ever buy a universal remote with a subscription in real life do you? No. So do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money on this god awful app lol.

Only works for Netflix

So I actually paid the 20$ or whatever it was for the full access. It worked properly for about 4 days. Now, the only app it works for is Netflix. The volume and power buttons work. If I try to use any of the navigation buttons, it just identifies as a select button. I’ve emailed several times with not a response back. Wouldn’t purchase again. I’m sure there are better apps out there.

I want my money back

By accident when looking at this app and trying to get off of it, I brought their year subscription for $20 now. Now I’m over here trying to figure out how to get my money and nothing is coming up on this app and or their wedsite on how to cancel a year subscription. So then I went to on their wedsite where it says write a message and that’s not working either. If some from this company see this please contact me or write back on how to cancel this. Thank you

Ad show up after lifetime purchase.

Closes app. Restored purchase and ads keep appearing. Also the back button is way far in top. This need to be close to the arrow navigation.
