Greedy Liars..

I’m so sick of apps PRETENDING they are free. If you have to SUBSCRIBE an amount of money (which is more than any real remote I’ve ever purchased btw) to make it work… IT’S NOT FREE! just charge people in the App Store to download it like all the other money-hungry scavengers. BE UPFRONT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS..OH and it crashes when I try anything anyway. And it is LOADED with ads.. probably why. FYI: the whole point of ads is YOU profit. Which makes the ap free for us.. greedy idiots made this app.

SSung Smart Tv

I wanted a small smart Tv, Compatable with Apple products. Ie: speak connect, WI FI ,… you know the list. This TV is “NOT” AT ALL “FRIENDLY” with apple devices. In addition If you want to bolster the sound. It requires 2 speakers.NOT APPLES! & SS speakers are High ticket! This 34” simply not worthy of better sound. My music all devices apple nocan due. They “SamSung” boast of extra Channels, it’s stupid sales tactic. A ploy with local & other USA states. Powering on & off is the only way to use TV if ur remote goes missing. You are able to get the app. $$ paid app. The 2nd STAR is based solely “set up” simple! Plug & Play.I would not recommend this TV unless it’s a gift to grandma.

Do not install this !!!!

Okay first it doesn’t tell you nothing about having to buy it to even have to use the remote. Second if you do buy it doesn’t give you an option to select your tv type, there are so many different tv's than just that type. Every tv doesn’t have the same remote even if it is the same brand.

Does not work if physical remote is lost

Unable to connect to my new Samsung TV. I lost my physical remote and this app says it is “unable to connect” although it finds it in the device drop down box when attempting to pair. Another remote I tried to pair asked me to give permission on my TV. Maybe that is the problem. Although my TV just sits on the idle screen. I cannot give permission Bc I cannot select anything due to lost physical remote.

Don’t buy it. misleading and Subscription Based

After you download there is an add at the bottom of the remote, appears between other ads, that says ONE TIME PURCHASE remove adds. I clicked on it. Spent the money then upon reopening it is asked me what monthly subscription I wanted to use the remote. I am trying to figure out how to get my money back or if there is something I did wrong. One of these mentioned the developer responded to their message. Please let me know what to do. Thanks

Worst App I Have Ever Used

Advertised as free, but the free version is basically worthless. Ads pop up everywhere (including one offering a subscription to the ad-free version of the app for $6.99 a month), even obscuring important parts of the user interface. Ads are often hard to get rid of without clicking on the app, this opening whatever it is linked to. And the app recognizes my TV but won’t actually control it. I understand freemium apps, but most of them actually offer reasonable functionality and don’t just exist to show ads.

Great for sony tv (I have two)

Use exclusively on two different sony tv's, one from 2016 and one from 2018. Works seamlessly on both and app lets me swap between the two.

Non-functioning remote, great ad platform

I realize that Samsung should release this app for their devices the same way Roku does, etc. I appreciate someone trying to fill the need. But this app doesn't work for me after 30 minutes of trying. It’s essentially a photo of a Samsung remote that shows you unlimited ads while trying to connect to the TV via your network. Even if it worked, the annual cost of around $25 seems a bit high for what it is.

Not a complete remote

I downloaded this to my phone and it is crazy that I have to use a second remote to turn on the tv and then allow the one on the phone to connect to the tv. It should be an all in compassing remote.

Do not buy- remote doesn’t work!

There was no trial period option so you have to buy it to find out how bad it is. This remote loses connection whenever the phone locks. Fast button presses don’t register on the tv. The remote will only connect if the TV is on. After an update to the TV I need another remote to allow access to this remote.
