Complaint of an issue.

I really love this game because not only am I able to drive trains, but I am able to edit routes like “City and Country USA” in my own image, as well as get new stuff from the new routes, and or sessions I downloaded, and being able to create my own sessions. However 1 absolute major issue I am suffering through I that on some what of a (one could say) semi-annual basis, this app freezes on me indefinitely when ever a session I created is being loaded for me to play or when the downloading of a new session and/or route is completed be yet to be installed, often leaving me no choice but to delete the app, and then re-download it, and while there are some routes that probably will not edit again, the “City and Country-USA” one I have redo my hard work on all over again. Today I had to do it again on deleting the app and re-downloading it and all except now no matter how many times I try to re-download any of those sessions, or how long I wait for, they are not re-downloading. This issue has been plague me for years and I am getting and I am getting tired of it. I love this app. If this 1 issue can be resolved (permanently, preferably), I beg of you, please do so, as soon as possible? Thank you.

Umm...

This game is...alright. It’s a good continuation of the popular Trainz Simulator game series for PC and Mac. But there are a few things that I would improve. One for example, is the download station. It is gods, I’ll say. The problem I have is that the game has no content manager, or way to download third party content from websites. I know that you can’t always trust those websites, it’s just so annoying. Minecraft has been around for what, 10 years after the FIRST Trainz game was released, and the mobile version of THAT has way more functionality than this. You can even install mods and maps from other people. Why can’t this game have that simple feature. Another one is the Auran Planet account. I know, I shouldn’t call it that, since that’s it’s old name, but I’m still frustrated. There is no way to login with an existing account, and you have to make a new account. That is hard for me. Anyway, I hope this review is helpful for people who play the game, or are wondering about if they should by this, and I hope it’s helpful for N3V Games so they can fix this game, even though the last update was 5 years ago, and they don’t even focus on this game anymore, but still the PC and Mac versions. Alright, I’ll shut up with my ranting and say goodbye. Goodbye!

Great game, nothing bad to note.

I’ve been playing these games, Trainz, for a long time. I don’t have anything bad to say about it. This is worth the purchase and overall a realistic game. Quick things for players-If you aren’t satisfied with the trains you have now, or the maps you have now, you can always create new routes and buy new trains in content. Also, for those of you asking for new trains and routes, creating these take time. And lots of people request these, while not all can be answered.—————————————————————————————————-Since I have a new device, though, I have to re-download all my purchases from content, which is taking a while. I understand that the purchases have to be processed and downloaded, but I just can’t wait to play again. If you haven’t bought this yet, you definitely should!

Quite Good

I play Train Sim World 2020 and find this to be a nice alternative when I’m away from home. There are a few issues with drawing tracks on my iPad Pro as it has white coloring around and where the track should be. It finally paints the sections of track as I get very near. I’m not a train driver in real life so I can’t speak to the realism of the braking, but it does seem to take a bit longer to shut down than TSW2020. It should just be that the physics here are more realistic, but I have no way to really know. I just adjust depending on which sim I’m playing. I would like to see what the next speed limit will be ahead of time. You’ve done a pretty good job of letting me know I’m running too fast for the upcoming limit, but it would be nice to know exactly at what speed I should be before I get there. Overall, it’s a great game and fun to play. Thank you.

AMAZING for PC let alone iPad

The game engine in use seems solid to me, the content i've seen so far is great. I love trains but i find the train set and train sim genre often lacking and or boring.... but this one keeps dragging me back. see the graphics are great but usually running the trains is wanting. This TRAINZ system seems to do the physics in a believable manner ... taking the sheer size of these machines into account. I think you will love this model railroad eske real life simulation. its like a model railroad to me in its looks a little... and its the computer thing and i love it.... but this seems to be simulating full size trains... not the actual miniatures... so... expect bassy rumbling diesals and grumpy steam locomotives... they made the switches, controls, and viewing, camera angles and moving the cam pretty darn good.i do wish the user interface bar to get the decoupler button didnt hide the throttle... does the same naturally trying to get to the horn. just annoying or tricky trying to honk a horn near a road crossing when also regulating speed... you cant do both at the same time... but believe me... they did so much awesome".. they are allowed many goofs i figure.... hopefully not so much as to interfere with the gaming hahahaENJOY

This game is good bit Feel like there should be free holiday themed trains

Ill admit, i love this game, but what would make it even better is the chance to get a special train that corresponds with each holiday during each month and season, for example, for Christmas we get a winter type train, something similar to the polar express, during halloween we get a halloween themed locomotive, you get what Im saying right?You don’t actually have to go through with this but i just wanted to share this idea to make the game better and give people a chance to get special locomotives for free along with special holiday themed maps Dev’s if you do see this and go through with this then you’ll not only make me happy but also make other people happy as well

This is a fun game, But if you or another player sees this, bring the game back! Some other review don’t know you have lost this game, but please, Update and bring the game back! It is my life.Get the E2 tank engine, I love tank engines, make a subway route, make a route in China, India, Russia, and do a fictional route like the polar express! Just, come back! Please, I’m begging you. There should be a special sessions like Fictional routes I told you about before. And a WW2 session where your delivering supplies and fending against aerial shots. There could e a dunkerque. Or a special one where you deliver passengers to the titanic or a Thomas the tank engine one. If you or another person sees this, please come back!oh, one more thing, I know we already have the American freedom train, but add daylight!Please. You could add some more cool routes and sessions like a new runaway train thing with daylight or something... you could make a route with a drawbridge! That would be awesome.Or you could make more of those “Big boy world tour” series. Like in the Japan one or Germany and that Alps one. Like I said, COME BACK PLEEEEASE!

Almost as good as the real deal...

Have enjoyed playing with trains since I was a young boy. I once lived near a set of railroad tracks in a small town named Bradford, in Ohio. Had lots of steam engines go rumbling thru our town as diesel locomotives weren’t developed at that time and put to use. Steam engines were the name of the game back in 1947.I asked Santa, one year, for an electric train, for Christmas. He granted my wish and Boy was I a happy kid. It was a Lionel (diesel) freight train. (Had the three rail track). It had an oval track that would just fit on a 4x8 sheet of ply wood. That was my first electric train.When I got a bit older I begin noticing the HO scale trains. That was the right size for me. Not too big to take up a lot of room nor too little to be able to play with. In time I became a fan of the HO scale. To date I have numerous rail cars and track, plus a couple of engines but no place to try and set any of it up due to lack of space, (am retired now with plenty of time to take up railroading but no room to set it up).So, I play Train Driver on my I pad, some times for hours, which is good enough for me. I can create different types of trains, to suit my fancy. It’s the best I can do, for now. Some day.....

BEST GAME EVER! One problem

This is the best game ever! I love trains and if you do you should so get this!!! I love how you can make your own route and drive cool sessions. But there’s a problem now. There used to be all sorts of DLC and it was really cool! New routes and sessions came and so did tons of new trains. But then y’all stopped. Ever since then there (about six or seven months ago maybe) has been ONE NEW ROUTE (Toronto Rail Lands) THATS IT! And though there have been sessions, nothing really exciting has come out since the Pennsylvania T1 Steam. Then there’s the Class 88 and 68. There have been about 30 or so sessions with those 2 locos. Also, other sessions, they’ve used trains that are already there. It’s just getting boring. Please come out with more trains and routes! On the other hand, it’s a great game! And I recommend getting it! Try some KCS equipment and more NS. An Amtrak baggage car and some Amfleets would be nice to. Thank you!

Best game I’ve ever played in my whole life because there is a lot of realism and also this game is so much fun and it is an addicting game and it keeps me entertained so thank you for making a trainz game on mobile and also the trains are awsome and I like how you can make custom consists like the rolling stock is so cool and awsome and all I just gotta say is that this game is awsome game is literally the best game I’ve ever downloaded in a while which makes me happy because the trains are realistic and also the routes are what make the game sooooooooo realistic so this is the best mobile game that I have ever downloaded in a while because I am just having fun playing this game like there is a lot of trains that you can drive and also bfbdnajsndbdhsnsnxnxnxnxnxnsbz
