Lacking some options
Could be better overall.
Blocked recharges
My recharges have been blocked for months. I called customer service and did all they told me to do, but still my recharges are blocked. What will it take to have them unblocked?

I tried to send a someone credit using this app and they took my money but they still didn’t get the credit! Then there is no one to call to get find out what happen
Will not accept update profiles
Try to update email to active account is impossible. Good to see your technology hasn’t changed. Easier to have a tooth pulled.
Doesn’t work
I want to see my recent transactions and when I click on it. I get a blank screen. I have to remove it by swiping it off and reopening the app. I tried it 3 times for several days. Doesn't workI have tried to call customer care. It doesn’t work either. I does not recognize my input of numbers and it hangs up on me
Basic
The interface is simple enough to use, but the functionality is pretty useless. I would love to know how much data I have left… None of these things are available in the app it’s really kind of unnecessary to have this app. The app doesn’t even work without data so if you’re trying to put money on your phone when your data is done, you can’t use the app you have to go to the website. What is the point?
Poor customer service
Poor customer service I’ve been calling flow and I cannot get through to speak to anyone ; I can’t get passed the automated system. I’ve sent a mess and still have not received a response
Flow is nothing so great
Flow has stolen my money before and also their customer service is nonexistent. Sometimes the app will take your card other times it tells you you cannot use a card they’re crazy

I tap up my sister phone and my card was charged however there was no record in my recent activity on the app,but my card was billed for the tap up shame on you ,thief!theif !!!!!!
