So far, this To Do List is pretty perfect...

I have not committed to any in-app purchase yet, but I think I am going to throw the switch. This one has simple categories and works the way I kept a list in a Levenger circa, but it has the convenience of being able to move things around. It has categories for Home, Work, Shopping, Routine and Ideas. (The Ideas are hidden, so they do not clutter up the list of things one must do.) And it divides things between Tasks and Habits. And they are presented to you on a Today, Tomorrow, This Week and Later Home Screen. All color-coded and logically arranged. The only very small downside I have found so far, is that I sometimes want to add a task I have already done and would like to keep notes associated with it. It will let me add it, but will not let me add a completion date in the past. Perfectly logical that it wouldnā€™t, but being able to change that to a past date would be handy. Few people I imagine want to do this.

Just the kind of ā€œplannerā€ I needed

I have tried using paper planners, the notes app, the reminder app, the calendar app, and nothing really meets my needs quite right. Tappsk is just what I need, nothing more, nothing less. Itā€™s easy and user friendly. I love that I can create sub tasks and place tasks in different categories. It makes it easier to use for both work and personal life. Especially now that Iā€™m working from home I needed a way to separate work and home. My work task list is hidden from my home screen so I donā€™t have to look at it while Iā€™m not in ā€œwork mode.ā€ Iā€™ve been using it for less than a week, but I think it will help me for a long time.

Great App

Not only is this app easy and intuitive, but it has lots of ideas for starting new habits that I love and would not have considered until I saw them under the categories I was browsing. Oh... and the fact that there is categories for different type of habits it just super great and useful! My first and only review. šŸ˜Maybe one improvement that I could think of would be the ability to set more then one reminder per habit. (I sometimes need to be nudged a few times. Lol) Than you to all the developers!!!

Well thought out

I really like this Tappsk and it has the potential to replace my current apps for tasks til now used app for tasks and habbits. The idea to combine tasks + habits in one place makes sense for me, as a intentional habit basically is (or should be) a task. Right now I use this app and the ā€œoldā€ ones alongside each other in order to compare. Furthermore I love that the developer offers for purchasing a really reasonable lifetime option - because I accept monthly/yearly subscriptions only for apps where a constant data stream is needed (like a weather app).

Found my ultimate To Do List app

I have downloaded at least a dozen To Do List apps and this is far and way the best. It does what a To List app should, and that is it lets you quickly organize your tasks, check them off when they are done, move them when you need to, and keep going with your day. Youā€™re not spending hours a week managing the app and list. It keeps a log of all completed tasks so you can go back on any given date and see what you have done. The bonus is the built-in habit tracking function which allows you to create and track customized habits, ultimately making you a more productive you.

LOVE even without premium version

Usually I find that these apps arenā€™t really functional if you donā€™t pay for premium versions. But while this app does have in app purchases that would definitely improve the app. It is also incredibly useful with the free version. It allows me to add a to do list that I can access, change, or add to easily. It also allows me to set up habits that I would like to strive for, such as drinking enough water (each time I drink a glass of water I add click the habit). The shopping lists are also incredibly helpful as well, it has pre-made items I can add, or I can add my own items. All-in-all this app is amazing!

Looking for the perfect task manager

(Isnā€™t everybody?) Iā€™ve tried at least a dozen of them, including the heavy hitters (Things 3, OmniFocus, TickTick, Todoist) and a bunch of the lesser-knowns like Tappsk. Tappsk lands solidly in the top half of the list. Of course, everybodyā€™s needs and wants are different, so YMMV. Tappsk has a pleasing, clean interface, including (of course) dark mode. It syncs promptly between devices and with šŸŽ Calendar. Like TickTick, it has a discrete goals section (which can be hidden if youā€™re not into that). It runs natively on iPad, iPhone, šŸŽ Watch and Mac. Unlike many of the lesser knowns, Tappsk on šŸŽ Watch is actually useful - not too tiny to read or cluttered with info I donā€™t need, just a decently sized checkbox so I can mark off to-doā€™s on the go without needing to pull out my phone. Of course, thereā€™s always something missing - for me, the option to hide completed goals and completed tasks on my šŸŽ Watch would be very welcome as well as an option to easily delete (or better yet - exclude) entries from the task logbook. I find it useful to be able to quickly check and see if Iā€™ve (for example) paid a particular bill, but it becomes all but useless when cluttered with daily noise like ā€˜feed the catā€™, ā€˜go for a runā€™ and a dozen other daily repeating reminders. Still, a solid app. Iā€™m using it every day and looking forward to see where the devs take this one.

Pretty good at keeping me on track

I downloaded this app to keep me on track with my house cleaning and my appointments. It does a great job, I add a few tasks to it as not to overwhelm myself, and once those tasks are done I tick them off and itā€™s good to go to add more. The app is very straightforward and helpful with notifications while not being pushy like other apps. You can set daily reminders to do things that you wanna do (I.e I have read twice a day and do general housekeeping once a day). You can even break you task down to sub tasks. And if you donā€™t finish all the sub tasks you can move them to another day just by dragging it down on the list. Overall this app is easy and simple to use.

So Helpful for ADHD

So I have pretty bad ADHD and I have been trying to find a schedule app that works for me and finally I found it. I set up tasks for my schedules and set little reminders to keep me on schedule. I also use the ā€œhabit trackerā€ to help remind me of things I need to be doing that I sometimes forget to do. Things like even taking my meds which is so important became super easy because not only do I now get a reminder I also get really excited to press that plus button on the habit tracker to fill that habit up for the day! If you have ADHD and are struggling I definitely recommend checking this app out!

Finally!

Iā€™m a single mom of special needs kids, I have ADHD, and Iā€™m a realtor. So much on my plate and I donā€™t have the brain to keep track of it all. I have tried so many to do list and task manager apps trying to find one that does everything Iā€™m looking for. Finally I found it!!!! I love that I can have multiple lists over different days, and that I can have my badge icon only reflect the list I want it to. I love how easy it is to move items from list to list. I love the way the app looks. I could go on and on. Iā€™m more excited than I should be about a to do list app!!!!!!

Description

Our mission is to replace your planner, habit tracker, reminder app, and calendar with a single app, so you can concentrate on whatever needs to be done instead of wasting time on each separate app. We've put an incredible amount of effort into our interface, and as a result it came out clean and simple, while at the same time uniting all of Tappsk's functionality on one screen. Our pride and joy: ā€¢ The home screen, on which you can see all your tasks and can edit each date with the swipe of one finger. ā€¢ Forming helpful habits: they're easy to create and even easier to track. ā€¢ A calendar to see your list of tasks for a particular day. ā€¢ Reminders you'll never miss!

Tappsk will keep reminding you of your pending task until you decide what you want to do with it. ā€¢ Using your voice to record your tasks has never been easier... ā€¢ Share your tasks: use any convenient method to send them to your friends and they'll automatically show up in their Tappsk. ā€¢ Subtasks: create checklists and divide your tasks into smaller chunks. ā€¢ An array of routine activities based on your interests: select and set the activities you do on a regular basis to appear as often as you like. ā€¢ Hidden lists: eg., lists of books or movies, which will not show up on the home screen. ā€¢ A logbook that allows you to analyze your task history from any given day. Lots of tasks, one Tappsk :) If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact our support - [email protected], we are always ready to improve!
