Don’t waste your time!

The game puts free lives given in the wrong place then won’t let you use them. However it still counts them as banked lives which prevents you from requesting more from your team. There are other better apps out there without these glitches to bother putting up with this one. The app wouldn’t even let me submit a report through their support about the issue. That gave me an invalid error. Seems their developers don’t care to hear that there are problems that need to be addressed.

Love This Game, But...

I’ve never worked so hard trying to play a game! This could be a great game, one I’d recommend to my friends/family, if only it weren’t so completely bug-riddled! I’ve submitted feedback FOUR times in the last two months, begging developers to do something about the very frequent freezing, crashing & (worst of all) extreme lag time. The lag time makes playing the game pointless & frustrating. I’ve asked for information, assistance, anything to show developers are aware of & working on these problems (this is not an issue with my device). I’ve never received anything, not even an acknowledgement of the problems. I can understand not being able to address every issue people present through reviews but not responding to FOUR requests sent to developers via the Feedback feature on the game gives the customer a giant “We don’t care” impression. I’ve really enjoyed playing the game in the past, but I’m not going to beg someone to help me with their product. I might check the game once in a while to see improvements have been made, but it’s definitely off the list of games I play regularly, & the only recommendation I would give for this game is “Don’t Waste Your Time”.

Okay

This game is okay. It only needs some details like a little kid would not play because it is very stressful and for their little heads is too hard! If you get this game, do it in the afternoon like 5-7 because in the morning you want a happy beginning and in the night you want something relaxing, right? Another thing, they should do something fun and interesting for kids. This is my conclusion, I wish this game could be played more than just a stressful one but also a very enjoyable and rewarding game! Thank you. 🙂

No help

When I uploaded this game it was a 5 however now the developers won’t even reach out to me on a BIG glitch, one month later and sending them a message nothing.

Cuts you off when you are winning!

I thought I liked this game until I played it awhile and when I started clearing the levels too fast, it started cutting off the game saying out of space. I first thought I had just missed that it was out of space. After that, I watched carefully, I would be about 8 items from clearing the board with 3 empty spots and it shut me down saying out of space. It did it 3 more times in a row, using up my lives. I think you figure I would spend money, but I don't. I simply go ay another game until they are replenished. I will delete this game now and stop playing it. I do not like cheats. You might put that over on a kid, but I am 76 years old and I don't fall for that.

Lots of fun - addictive

I really like this game and have spent way too much money on it. I will stop doing that because the prices are way too high. I also don’t feel the rewards are adequate. I mean you win a hard level but only get a couple of rewards. I understand the rewards found within the game are if you find them, but there aren’t many in there to find. Anyhow, sometimes when I am playing, the time is running but what I choose doesn’t populate. And items are highlighted in yellow. I am not sure what is causing this, but it is happening all of the time now and I lose lives because the time runs out. Also, I have never seen any of the mini games as advertised or shown in the description of the app.

Fun but frustrating

I have become addicted to this game, which I have had only for a couple of months. I do have two complaints, though: 1) that it is ridiculously easy to accidentally tap an item you didn’t mean to, which I can understand when I’m on my iPhone using my finger, but I would think that using an Apple pencil on an iPad would make for more delicate, specific touches; and 2) I have a tendency to forget to keep track of the available spaces below, and often find myself out of space, which I know is my own fault. BUT having said that, there are many times when I KNOW I had two available spaces left, but after touching the items needed to complete a match, I find the game ended with the notification that I’m out of space. The problem is that I can’t see where I went wrong (if I did) because that space is not only grayed out but entirely blocked by an ad. Can’t you run the ad separately so the players can at least see what mistakes they made?
