About this game

I really enjoy playing it, but all the pop up ads are annoying so I decided to purchase the no ads that is offered. I payed $5.99 and it was taken off my account however ipI NEVER received the no ads that I payed for. As a matter of fact, it seems that since I payed for the no ads, I seem to get even MORE pop up ads. Can someone please fix this or at least refund my $5.99

This is NOT RELAXING

The ratio of sudden I interrupting ads is about 50/50.I think I can purchase this without ads, but I can’t even play long enough to tell if I like this game enough to do that. It is much too frustrating to play to determine if I want to play it.I’m deleting this app now!

Like it until non-stop string of ads leave -magnets

I enjoy playing. But odd glitch that gets stuck in a cycle of ads. I press play but instead of the game level, another ad plays. I can see game clock counting down behind the play button box, but I can’t get to the game. After 20 or more non-stop ads, my dozen magnets have become -10 magnets (removed a magnet every time I pressed play and it didn’t present the game for me to play.)

Seriously?!?!

I think you need to have more adds. Having one after basically every button you push just isn’t enough. You should consider having one after every match that’s made. That would increase the fun factor 10 fold! Keep it up though!

No Shadows

I don’t like that things are covered in shadows when trying to match them. It makes things harder than they should be, especially because a timer is involved. Everything should be found in completely lighted conditions.

Times

Times are unfair. You start with six minutes and hardly any items. By the time you get to level 70, you have many, many items and time gets cut to 3 or 4 minutes. Impossible to compete. There should be a casual setting choice for those who like to play ant a leisurely pace. I will be deleting the game.

Issues

I like this game but way to many ADS I even paid to have no more ads....and the game freezes a lot.... and will have a blank screen. Maybe some of these bugs could b worked out?

Freezes constantly and overheats phone

This game is fun and the graphics are good. This game has the potential to be a five star game, for sure. I don’t even mind the ads between games, which there are several. That said, the ads interrupt the player in the middle of a timed level—which wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t end up freezing the game and causing you to lose and have to restart. This happens constantly and more often as you move up in levels. In fact, I’ve been interrupted more than once during a round and then the game froze so I couldn’t select the very last match (for teen entire seconds). Imagine the frustration of having to start again or watch several (or more) minutes of ads again to add a minute. In addition, the game overheats my phone after about ten minutes of playing and comes with even more glitches during game play. I have no problem paying for a game and would quickly do so for this one, but the reviews claim that even after paying for the game it continues to freeze. Honestly, there are so many match 3d games that don’t glitch, I recommend trying another one before getting hooked on this one!

Terrible Customer Service

I have emailed support two times over this freezing issue because it takes away my boost that I paid for. Now my boost are -3. So if I wanted a boost, I would have to pay double to get the boost out of the negative. And I never used the boost I originally purchased. Support will not respond. The WORST customer service of any app that I use.

Disappointing

Love the game however, it freezes up like crazy and so many ads it’s ridiculous. Out if all the games I have and have played especially same as this one the ads are out of control! I’m about tired of them
