Computer Software

Thank you so much for creating this and the computer program! And making it simple so that I can teach my Grandpa who is an Elder. I couldn't find anything for him, I was ready to create my own software lol. But I'm more for fixing and teaching tech than coding and software. Thank you again!

Great scheduling app

Thank you Bros! Really appreciate your hard work on this app, and the ability to have others synced with the latest schedule.PLEASE FIX... in the latest Jan 2021 update when you have dark mode enabled on iPhone icons on bottom of screen, and the text when you click on an assignment are not legible, they are white

Good potential

I started to use this program and I think that it will help me out quite a bit with my responsibilities. I do see the need for a few thinks to improve, but I’m happy to able to use my preferred computer (Mac) for this privilege. Good work and thanks!

Counsel (Study) point on Assignment Sheet

Hello brothers...I'd like to begin by thank everyone who has had a hand in developing this new app. It is very well thought out. If I may suggest a feature in the Mid Week meeting list of Assignments. It would be beneficial for the Chairman to have the option to add the counsel (study) points the students are working on, listed on the sheet next to their name. Also, in regard to the Counsel (study) points. Would there be a way to change the counsel point using the Theoc app? Apparently it won't allow you to change what the students are working on thru the app and then later sync it with the desktop app. Best Regards, Bro. GG

Amazing - a good start

Thanks for this well executed app. Simple to use and easy to teach. It has been a wonderful tool for our BOE.Just one drawback to this app: outgoing speaker assignments are not shown on the weekend tab. If this could be added, it would truly make this a full replacement for paper/PDF schedules. As it is now, its almost perfect.

Description

This software is intended to use as a companion with the desktop version of the software (Theocbase), which can be downloaded from www.theocbase.net. TheocBase Mobile is useful for those maintaining LMM schedules in Jehovahs Witnesses congreagtions. To use Theocbase Mobile you need to install and configure TheocBase on your desktop computer.

You can then connect the app to your Dropbox account and synchronize data between desktop and mobile application. You can establish the Dropbox link from the desktop software. Synchronizing works both ways so you can edit schedule and assignment details in the mobile version and pass information to desktop version via Dropbox account. Current version is with basic functions. More useful functions will be released in the future versions. Any suggestions are welcome and should be transmitted using theocbase forum at https://www.theocbase.net.
