Good app

I have never been to Orlando, but if I do end up going sometime in my life this app will always be on my phone screen. I always love staring at this app throughout my day, just to see the wait times as they change during the exciting day at the park. My only complaint is that the parks close at night, so the times no longer show up. I understand that the park is closed so it is not really the fault of the app, but still I would enjoy to see the wait times even if they are just flat out made up. Cannot recommend enough for non Orlando use, like I said earlier have not actually been to Orlando.

Inaccurate wait times led to much frustration

I decided to rely on this app for wait times and it led to much frustration. On the most popular rides, it was way off. I tried to do my part and submit accurate wait times to help the cause but it never updated to that. Also, I had used the park attendance tracker to pick our day to go to the parks. We went on a “green” day, but it was actually exceptionally busy according to a couple of Disney employees with whom we spoke. We didn’t get to do much of what we wanted to do. The app and website are great tools but unfortunately the most pertinent information was misleading and inaccurate.

Plans disappeared

I liked it up until the point where all my plans disappeared. I put a substantial amount of work into getting a good set of plans together for Disney and Universal, now they’re gone. I should have just used a spreadsheet.Also, when you add a new item to a plan it should be added at the end of the list, not the beginning.

Nice previews!

Just back from Orlando. This app gives nice peeks at the key attractions and helps you plan the day. Everyone needs a plan to know which rides are “must do”!

Essential for visiting Orlando theme parks

Update: Thanks for fixing!!This is my go to app for visiting Orlando theme parks. It has wait times, ride descriptions, and suggestions on when to visit rides. I also love the graph that shows when the rides are expected to be less busy. I like the map view so I can see how to easily get to the ride I'm looking for. I think the restaurants view is nice. I'd like if it had a filter like the list of rides so I can see what's a restaurant and what's fast food. Overall a great app and easier to use than the official apps.

I miss the old version

Could see wait times and crowd levels of each park and ride. New app is just day plans. It’s a hassle to get crowd/wait times now. :(Updated to 5 stars because dev listens to users.

This App is awesome

I love this app it has a lot of great features. My favorite one is that I can watch the rides videos before hand and also that I can customize my plans. I go to the parks a lot and this app really helps me organize my day very easy.

Undercover Tourist

This was an amazing app to have as we walked through Disney. It allowed my family to decide if the rides were appropriate for our 9yr old ego is easily frightened. Loved this app. I also used it to get discounted tickets to NASA.
