Must have app for sand and surf!

This app is great and a must have for anything you do near or in the water or just outside in the sun! The sessions data function is great with the opportunity to make notes on the session completed. I’ve used it in the US and in Europe with no issues. The app version has been updated and now works perfectly with iPhone 12 and iOS software. It would be also great to eventually have a version of the app that worked with Apple Watch too!

I’m so glad this app is back!

2019 Update: The BEST uv index forecaster is finally back! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because this is my first day using it since the fixes. I live at the beach and will rely on this, as I have in the past, to manage and actually plan my time in the sun and tanning effectively for at least a week’s time in advance. Last year I had to downgrade my rating to a 1 because there were so many bugs it would not work at all. 2018 Review: Last year this app was great. It was the only app with a location-specific UV forecast for the days ahead. I tried to re-install it and I cannot get past the "skip" and "link to Facebook" options.

4th iteration failed...

I’ve had this app for quite sometime and for over a month now, since the “4th iteration, or attempt...” at updating to a 4.0 version I can’t even launch it anymore! I’m assuming it’s because I’m not a premium member and need a membership...if so, why offer it as a free app to begin with instead of just putting your lowest premium package price to START with for those interested in downloading to avoid over and over attempting to launch app and a crash right after the app launches? Anyways, I’m over it. Enjoyed it while I had it thus far but time to find an alternative app that’s dependable, reliable and launch-able....frustration free, just as yours once was. 👋

Great update to the app!

Thanks for updating the app! The new version seems to be way faster to use and looks a lot nicer. I wish I had used it this past weekend when I got sunburned... whoops. The 10 day forecast and UV updates are great and dirt cheap for a year.

Great app! Use it everyday!

I basically use this app everyday to get a simple weather update and to determine when to wear more sunscreen in the summer. Love it - and love the update!

No Pricing Info!! Subscription or one-time payment????

Don’t know if the app is really useful yet, but this is app is a rip-off. Just downloaded the app. When doing that there is NO pricing info in the description. When you click on the “GET” button then you find out you are paying something, but you do not know how much.Afterwards if you read some of the reviews you get another surprise THIS IS APPARENTLY NOT A ONE-TIME PURCHASE BUT A SUBSCRIPTION. Given that so far all pricing information has been hidden, I bet that if it is a subscription model you will get charged again WITHOUT being asked if you want to renew. It does not matter if the pricing/subscription is nominal, it needs to be clearly stated. I will be complaining to Apple too about this.

Great UV app

I use this app several times a day. It gives me a fairly accurate count of what the UV is going to be for the day. I have horses so they must be in before the UV gets too high. It's been a great tool for me I can check the weather at the tap of a button.
