Really amazing! Just a few concerns....

I really like the concept of the game, the game mechanics, and the music used for this game. I would say it’s like Muse Dash but more wholesome, which I definitely appreciate. I really like how the beats were made for each song (the maps, I should say), and the characters are really cute.I do have a few concerns, however. I have downloaded Sailor Cats and Kawaii Kitchen, but I still have not gotten songs for them. I am unsure of how only the other songs have registered. I wish for that problem to be fixed. Also, my victory animation for Moira stopped working, and I am unsure why. When I play with other characters I have unlocked, their victory animations seem to play fine. I wish for this to be fixed as well. Overall, I really enjoy playing this game! If these issues are planning on being fixed, please take your time. Have a good day/afternoon/evening/night (depending on the time zone).

Okay for a free title, but that’s about it.

So first off, this is a complete carbon copy of Muse Dash. Identical colour scheme, scoring system, powerups, even the narration for starting the game sounds almost identical. To be fair, Muse Dash is 2.99 while this game is free, so if you really don’t want to spend a cent it’s a fine alternative, but if you can spare the $3 (or if you have any inclination to buy this game’s $10 VIP membership) you should really just buy Muse Dash. It has a more appealing art style, bigger song library (both included and with DLC purchases) and is just more polished as a whole. Is it fair to compare a F2P game to a paid one? Maybe not, but considering it’s obviously the game this one is attempting to replicate I think it’s a worthwhile comparison. Also, the music in this game is just… not good. It’s very samey and not particularly exciting or memorable, save for one or two songs in the expansion packs. If you’re looking for an F2P rhythm game and actually care about the music, Arcaea has some great selections (for all the 20ish songs you can get without buying DLC), and Bandori (while really being more of a visual novel than a rhythm game) has some good ones as well.

AMAZING GAME

At first I was confused I didn’t know what to do but now I’ve got the hang of it so if anyone is making a bad reviews about this game then they are wrong and you don’t need to listen to them because they’re stupid and this game is amazing and I will not let those reviews stand so look at this one not those ones you’ll see how good this game is it’s really cool I think you guys should download it right now because it’s amazing I have another game related to this called HappyHop it’s super cool there’s platforms and different little animals that you can collect and there’s different color platforms to and you can’t jump on those there’s spikes platforms and crumble platforms you cannot step on the spikes but you can step on the crumble platforms but you have to be really quick about it and you half to collect the hearts or you will die

good game, recent glitches

i love this game a lot and i play it all the time. i wasn’t planning on writing a review, but recently i’ve had some problems with the game. when i finish a song, it doesn’t show the ending things at first, i have to pause and unpause for it to work. when i do this, it will sometimes change my score slightly. for example, i got a full combo, but after unpausing it didn’t show the full combo message (it normally shows it fine after unpausing), but it did show me that i had no missed. after closing out, there was no full combo image on the song i had played (i hadn’t gotten one before). along with this, when i unpause and it shows me the full combo and what goals i got, i see 1 or 2 random enemies fall in the background, which isn’t a huge problem but i thought it’s worth bringing to your awareness. also, occasionally when playing a song, the hammers/bells will show at the top or the bottom until a hammer or bell has fallen. also not a huge problem, but it’s kind of weird. my last glitch i’ve had is just where the screen freezes for a second, and it messes up what i was doing. this could just be my phone doing this, but since it doesn’t happen on other apps, i thought it would be worth pointing out in case other people have this problem as well. once again, i love this game. it’s a lot of fun, but these glitches have sort of been getting in the way of that. i hope you can fix them, and thank you for creating this game.

Great Game!

Ok so I’ve had this game for about two or three weeks which is how long it took me to unlock all the free songs. It’s very fun and I like the music and the different difficulties on each song. The only small problem I have is it lags sometimes which makes me miss a few notes but this could happen with any game and you can fix it by turning off WiFi which is what I do. I was a bit disappointed that there were only 30 songs in the free album(it sounds like a lot but it’s less than you think), but there are still a lot of achievements and characters to get after you unlock all the songs. However, there are maybe 5 more albums you can buy which i was disappointed they were not free but it’s good marketing and I would not have expected a game like this to have it all free. There is also a weekly challenge where you can play songs from the other albums without having to buy it all which is great! The only other thing is that after I unlocked all the songs I found it harder to level up and get new characters, but again, if you really like the game you can buy from the other albums. I really enjoy this game and I would recommend it for simple and not too difficult rhythm games, as you can choose difficulties on each song to get better at it.

Cute, simple, catchy!

This game has really good designs in both characters, music, sound, and even the few backgrounds present for each stage. The “disc” art is simple but charming as well. It’s simple and easy to enjoy, and I’ve found some of the songs being stuck in my head for a time afterwards or popping up at random through my day. Very charming despite the simplicity. One issue that has been bothering me (and carries over with other Platonic games) is that no matter how many times I download, delete, and redownload a game, it never counts towards the unlockables in the game you can receive for doing so. While this is a relatively small issue, it’s only compounded by the fact that, outside of those five songs, you need 500 of the special in-game currency to unlock any further songs/albums past the base game songs. This is made more difficult by the fact a chest will give you 1-2 gems without character or ad boosts. (The ad boosts will only up this number to either 2 or 4, and character boosts have a low chance of occurring at base levels.) Either cheaper albums (so they can be more easily acquired without purchasing gems) or more gems per drop would be nice.TL;DR: Good, simple game. Extra content quite a grind to get. Cute. Please fix the problem where game downloads aren’t being counted in this and other Platonic games.

Super fun!

I love games that aren’t too hard to get the hang of, and while this game is challenging, the mechanics are simple enough to where I can enjoy it. You tap on both sides of the screen to the beat of the rhythm, there’s lots of different types of taps and sounds which is nice because so many apps just have the same thing every time. The characters are super cute, I love how you can collect so many. The songs are great, some of them are a little odd but that just adds to the charm :) The ads are also pretty short and I REALLY appreciate that. Basically this is my favourite game I think I’ve ever played, so thank you! It’s worth downloading and giving a try, if it’s not your cup of tea then don’t feel bad! It’s overall the best game I’ve played in a while, so I’d encourage everyone to try it out and give it a chance (^‿^✿)

Nice, but just one problem.

The game is cute, basically Muse Dash, but kid friendly and with ads. The music is nice, the art is adorable, and it’s a nice game to pass the time. However, the reason why it’s at 4 stars is because around 1-2 days after I first started, I was only level 11. The next day I open the app, I find myself at max level with everything unlocked. I don’t know how this happened. Honestly, even though it’s nice to have everything unlocked automatically all of a sudden, it kinda takes away my goal for the game. Unlock everything without spending a single cent was my goal by the way. Sure, I did technically achieve my goal, but it didn’t go the way I had originally planned. It takes away the challenge and fun of it. Otherwise, this is a pretty good game that’s easy to learn and semi-hard to master depending on the song difficulty. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

Great but could use some polishing

Just bought the game and I have some things to say. First of all this game is super fun and I would definitely recommend playing it but, there are a few things that bother me. The timing of the attack animation is a little slow I would recommend making it a few frames shorter to give it more impact. When you use long beats it sounds like it’s matching to the singers notes but the rest of the time it’s matching to the melody, I feel like you should stick to one of them and match it to the melody or the singing. I would match it to the melody since the whole premise of the game is the different instruments and not the different singers. Last of all is just something that would make the game a little more polished felling is to try and make the background instrument match the sound of the instrument the character your currently playing uses. Remember, this game is awesome these are just things I think would make it better.

AMAZING but glitchy and too many ads

I got this app today not too long ago and I was starting to enjoy it. I liked how there was a story behind it and choosing the difficulty of the songs but after the first song I noticed that there’s a pop up ad after every song. The ads aren’t too long and are 10 to 15 seconds short but after a while when I was in the middle of a song my screen froze and after it unfroze the monsters stayed in place while the rest of my game was still going. It was very confusing trying to still play the game. after a bit I failed and when I went back to the main screen it was all better. It definitely was not my phone. Other than the that I definitely recommend this game if your looking for a music game. Great graphics, and absolutely LOVE the art style.
