The awesome app !

This app is so amazing! It helped me identify my values and behaviors and helped me set goals. based on the action steps I need to take, i was able to schedule tasks effortlessly. whats great about this app is you can set repetitive tasks that happens multiple times a week or weekly or multiple times in a month or monthly. you can set it whenever. it seemlessly integrates with google and iphone calendar so u know you have a task scheduled before taking on another task. The developer has kept every need in kind while designing this app. I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants to achieve awesome things in life.

A lot to like

I did a lot of research and testing of other apps that claim to be habit trackers or goal setting. I landed on this one and really liked many of the features and options of it. Where it falls short is the integration from your calendar. I would like to see an integration with the reminders app, something very common among apps of this type. Instead it brought in calendar events to my routines and tasks that I didn’t want, therefore really cluttering up the usage. Maybe I’m missing something, so I attempted to reach out for help. I attempted by email from the app and from the website, not getting a response either time. I wish I could give this a higher rating but lack of support and a missing element of integration keeps this from going bigger with me.

Very real support for making success a daily reality

This app has been surprisingly effective in helping me not only plan my day but understand the motivation behind my goals. It reminds you to get things done and even gently asks if you have time so that you don’t feel pressured. I particularly enjoy this function of the ‘nudging.’ It’s as if I have a personal coach there for me at all times. I am a psychologist myself, so I tend to easily see through a lot of similar techniques which make it hard for me to respect them. However, this app was so well developed that it’s not insulting or critical. The developers thought it through so well and I hope it is not only successful but that a lot of people will use it. You will NOT be disappointed unless you’re not truly serious about achieving goals and only want to ‘pretend’ success. Thank you for such a wonderfully thought-out program I can trust. Dr. Gregg A. Worst Support Ever

I loved the layout of this app and spent all kinds of time setting up goals, milestones and tasks. I felt such relief to get all my to dos in one place…until my data started going missing. I thought the error was on my part - like I was entering data inappropriately or not saving it correctly. I methodically went back through the process 3 times until I finally “got it”. This app didn’t save my updates and the laptop and phone versions wouldn’t sync. The support staff didn’t solve my concerns and only seemed to ask more and more questions instead of sharing a backup of my data that I requested many times. I expressed my frustration and asked for my subscription fee to be returned. Suddenly, I got no response to my emails anymore. Worst app (if you can’t trust it, what’s the point) and worst service. Don’t waste your money or time.

I’ve never found anything like it!

I have tried every and all of the following types of apps...-Routine Apps-Habit Trackers-Every Single To Do App-A TON of Journal Apps-Reflection Apps-CBT Apps-Calendar AppsThe Success, Happiness, Goals, and Productivity Wizard apps are outstanding. Truly phenomenal. The UI is gorgeous and the features are awesome. It ties together the above concepts beautifully! If you pick just one or two of these apps, you will have the above productivity / life coach / life organizer stack. You get pretty much everything in one bundle. It’s pretty impressive. I went pro on two of the four apps. Even just using one app will greatly improve your life and mood. I’m shocked this isn’t bigger than it is but I’ve been telling everyone I know about it! Seriously give it a go. And for those who are complaining about the pro price.. I get it, no one likes paying for apps.. but this one is more than worth it and the devs need to be able to bring us updates and new features! Keep up this very vital work Devs!!! With love from Utah!

Remarkable goal/task app on super-powers!

I’ve tried it all. Paper journals, iPhone apps, web apps, and a combination. I’ve always had several problems. This app does it all and most importantly does it with a great user experience. It’s just so easy to use and has all the features needed: tasks, habits, goals, a calendar that matters, reminders, morning, midday, and evening check-in. This app is robust and I e seen productivity increase like nothing else since using it. I’m truly thankful I found it. The only thing I think the developers should add is updated and a “best practices” video tutorials for setting up app. It’s so robust it can be overwhelming to get started. But once you set it up, it’s a game changer.

WOW. How does this not have more reviews?

This app is AMAZING. I’m have my degree in Psychology and I’ve been in the goal-setting & lifestyle change business for a few years now, researching and learning all about motivation, habit-building, & creating a happy life— this app IS IT. Either the app creator is a psychologist or they really did their research because it asks all the necessary questions, has all the parts of life one should focus on for a well-rounded life, and knows exactly how to set up an app to maximize changing one’s life for the better. After downloading and testing so many other lifestyle and habit-building apps, I am so excited to have found this app because it is exactly what I’ve been looking for.

Effective Scheduling Tool

I used planners for years. I now use this App because I can keep it in my purse without lugging around a heavy binder. It is simple but effective and things that were scheduled but had to be rescheduled are readily changeable without messy line-outs. Notes option is great for adding info. Can also email record & notes to have another record and to my assistant. I am using the free option for now because it serves my needs. It’s a treat to designate items as completed & also allows daily tasks to be updated as new things arise as often happens. All in all a great App that serves as a simple but flexible, effective planning tool.

Success wiz rocks!

I’m loving success wiz. I’ve only been using it for a couple weeks, but it helps me to identify the 5 or 6 main items to get done each day so I can focus on these. Also, it’s easy to reschedule these items by swiping left or marking them complete by swiping right. Also like the morning checking for preparing for the day, but even more the night check in for reviewing how the day went and planning for tomorrow. So right when I wake up I know what the most important tasks to complete are. I am having some trouble with the habit feature though. I try to set an activity for Monday at 6 pm and it always pops up on Sunday, not sure why this is, must be a bug. Other than that this is a really helpful tool, considering upgrading, thanks for developing this app!

You get out what you put in

I have used this on and off for a long time with varying levels of success but that is due to my own follow through. In the past few months I have used success wizard and productivity wizard together and took the time to mindfully set goals, milestones, and activities and it is helping me keep on track. It has just about everything I need to track my progress. The only complaint I have is that the progress tracking is a little buggy - it puts in missed days that shouldn't be there, and I wish I could go back farther than 30 days. If I have a goal to do something weekly I can only look back at 4 weeks.
