SEND INDIVIDUAL MESSAGES Even if you send a message to multiple contacts they won't be able to see each other's reply. Each message is sent as a private message and replies are sent back only to you (works like BCC for emails). PERSONALIZE YOUR MESSAGE TEMPLATES You can use placeholders in your message such as [FirstName], [LastName], etc. All these placeholders are replaced with real contact details when the final message is sent. Example: "Hey [FirstName], let's meet tomorrow!" will be delivered as "Hey Kate, let's meet tomorrow!" for a contact named "Kate Johnson".
