Intrusive ads, but still playable nevertheless.

Let me start by saying I’ve played this game for quite a while. In fact I had it on my old iPad years ago and ever since it died I have not played it as it had faded from my memory. I recently felt like playing again and installed it on my new iPad, however I must say, I don’t remember the ads being so intrusive back then.I’m all for supporting the developers and have never mind an ad here or there, however once the ads become intrusive and hinder the gameplay it’s hard for me to support that game.I really want to support this developer as this game has given me hours of enjoyment in the past, but it’s really hard for me to play this game now without disabling my Internet. I’ve had ads pop up numerous times during the actual game and it really takes the fun out of it.I’ll give the game a 4/5 since it’s still more than playable with a disabled connection, but the intrusive ads are still a setback for me.

Too many ads

I’ve had this game for a LONG time. By LONG time I mean I’ve had it since it didn’t have any ads at all. I get that these apps now have to pay Apple a fee blah blah blah but the amount of ads in this is ridiculous. You’ll get ads once you press the start and in the middle of the game an ad will pop up. This prevents you from serving the customer therefor they leave. Another problem is that I got 3 ads before I even had a chance to press start. And they aren’t the 5 second ones you can skip, they’re the 15-30 second ones. This game was amazing at one time, but it just isn’t anymore. It wasn’t this bad a couple months ago so I don’t know what changed.

Food tycoon

I’m only giving it 3 stars mainly because ads are my biggest pet peeve in games especially when they pop up every 5 seconds. I love the game don’t get me wrong but the only thing stopping me from giving it a higher rating right now is that there is no way to pay to get rid of the ads like so many other games have. If you add a way to remove ads I’ll rate it 5 stars no problem but until then I can’t.

Just Not Good Anymore

I used to love this game. I downloaded it a couple of years ago, played it for a long time, then it faded away in my mind when I got a new phone. Just recently I had the desire to start playing it again, and OH BOY. This game is not like what I remembered. Multiple things are different. First, customers come consistently and it doesn’t seem like their pace changes. I remember when I first played, they more populous the place where you had your food, the more customers would roll in. Now it seems like all going to a better place does is give more money (not that the money part is a bad thing). The first time I closed the app and then went back into it, it reset me. And most of all: THE ADS! Holy God, these things are game breaking. Sometimes I’ll start a day, and an ad will pop up and prevent you from playing until you can exit out. The developers haven’t touched this game in awhile, so I doubt anything will be done about it.

Needs an update

The game runs fine and is a lot of fun to play and honestly there’s no complaints about anything ha I got to do with performance. My only complaint is that there are two black bars (one at the bottoms of the screen and one at the top) because the app has not been updated for newer devices such as the iPhone X which don’t have a home button and top bezel

A good game

I remember playing this game when I was younger. Me and my dad specifically would play together. Before our relationship took a toll for the worse we had this game to play. It’s crazy how a silly app can bring back meaningful memories. My father passed a year ago last week, I’ll miss our time when playing this.

I play this game a couple years ago got a new phone couldn’t find it I got this phone and I finally found it this game is the best!i would recommend this to everyone it’s the best cooking game and something a bout it just makes me so happy I strongly suggest that you download this this game should be 20$ but instead it’s FREE this is great and it’s so enjoyable❤️❤️

Too many pop up ads

The pop up ads on this game are annoying. The game itself is very fun, but there's a pop up ad every time you're about to start a new game, and if you time it wrong, it blocks your first order and by the time it allows you to "x" out of it, it's too late. The customer doesn't give you the chance to make the order and walks away... really messes with your stats 😡 I understand free games need ads to fund themselves, but stick with an opening pop up (when you first open the game) and the voluntary ads to get more coins, but cut out the pop ups at the beginning/end of each game. Really ruins the fun of it...

30 second ads literally every click

I downloaded this game for the nostalgia, and to buy the first 3 items to start the game, I got 3 ads that were unskippable 30 second ads. I got through the slog and started my first day, and before I could even serve the first customer, another 30 second ad played while my game continued, and I heard myself lose the customer! What is this?! There’s not even a place to buy ad removal. This is severely disappointing, this used to be a 5 star game, easily, and I would have happily paid a few bucks to play it again. As it is, it’s actually unplayable.

Playing forever

I have been playing this game on and off for a long time now. I really like the game. There’s a lot of different things to buy and playing each day of the game never gets boring. There almost seems to be a rush of fun playing it. I wish there were more ways to increase revenue from the food truck but I guess if you don’t play a lot it’ll take you a little while to get everything.
