This app doesn’t identify anything
I pulled some rocks and minerals and used this app and the results were so WRONG! I would like my 2.99$ back!
Worst app I have used yet for stones & crystals.
I have taken several pictures of crystals with this app and it has yet to give me the accurate name for any of them. Definitely don’t waste your money!
Incorrect indentifcations
I tested this app against raw gem stones that have already been identified as well as rocks that I’ve found. 4 of 12 times it was right but gave me 5 choices to pic from each time. I want my $3.20 back that I spent for the purchase of this app.
Not worth it.
My mother has a huge rock collection, she has no idea what they are. Every rock I take a picture of I get 5 results. That’s not identifying a rock. I can just google white crystalline rock or blue crystalline rock or pinkish grey rock and get the same results. Keep developing it, go with machine learning AI, I’ll check out future versions.
They don’t know anything!
I originally downloaded this app to find out what a particular stone was. So, I tried with a few that I knew 100% what they were. Case in mind my picture jasper was categorized three out of five choices, a diamond, coal and flint. Just wanted to five. They called my snowflake obsidian a cats eye. Don’t bother wasting your money.
Totally fine.
U just need to compare results, but it usually shows a correct one.
Wouldn’t even identify amethyst
I tried several stones that I knew the identity already. None were even close. Amethyst, jade, clear quartz, and obsidian. It didn’t recognize any of them. Now I can’t even find where to cancel my subscription anywhere. Worst app I ever tried.
How do I get a refund????
I know my crystals very well and decided to test this APP out….. it gave me 5 possibilities twice, none were correct. Seriously. Does anyone know how to request a refund???

I just purchased this app about 15 min ago. I put in 5 rocks and the app came back with 5 of the same rocks on each of the different rocks I put in, and they were all wrong.I would like to get a refund please.Rosemary kral
Not a correct result after six different stones
I tried six stones and the results were incorrect on every one as a matter of fact not even close on 4 of them.
