Crashes and won’t open
I was almost finished entering my personal trip I for then the app closed and I could not get “my trip” details to open again. Every single time I tried to open “my tip”, the app closed itself. I restarted the phone (iPhone 11 Pro) and it still did the same thing. I deleted the app and tru d starting over. What a waste of time for the user. Why not just have a website instead of an app? This way, bugs don’t matter. If this is mandatory then a LOT of people will be very upset if they get deported because their stupid app is crashing.
Has serious defects
I started filling out the form (as a user with no EU digital COVID cert) and noticed the following issues. I started filling it out too early, but no prob I just waited until 72 hours out. I got a notification at that time to continue the form, but when I finished it an error message informed me that it was still not within the 72 hour window (technically not correct!). At 48 hours out I got the same notification and continued. You must enter the flight arrival date on the first screen but when it is repeated back to you on the second screen it has changed to one day earlier. I’m not sure if I should leave it or enter the wrong date so it changes to the correct date. Please fix bugs asap!!!!!!
Poor design and inefficient
The ultimate bureaucratic jailhouse. You are punished for every tiny mistake by having to go back and re-enter most of the form only to get a “Try again later” message. You have to do this for every family member at the airport, because it requires you to enter your seat assignment, which the airline won’t provide until you are checked in. Better get there with plenty of time. Not a very welcoming start of the trip.
Great app and suggestions
For family trips with the same destination and home address, suggest adding an option to duplicate entries with those details. Otherwise, very easy to use
calendar options disfunctional
Calendar option for selecting date of birth I dysfunctional: One can select the day of birth, but NOT the month or the year ! ! ! I had to calculate the number of months that had a lapsed between that of my birth and the month I was filling out the form, and then swipe them backwards To get to the month in which I was born! Otherwise the form on the app worked perfectly.
Easy and fast and precise
This is a logical procedure and important to continue following through, I feel safe and everyone else remains safe, in the end it’s a cost effective process we need to continue with these methods so that people and travelers become responsible when visiting a country.
Extremely easy to use
Not sure why the other reviews were so low. Maybe it was before bug fixes. My experience was easy and straightforward. I like that I could start and come back to my trip 48 hours before travel. That is very convenient.
Greater than 48 hours? Less than 48 hours?
I am down loading this app now at the behest of the US consulate in Spain. I am traveling to Spain this year. My immediate reaction to the app’s description is confusion. When do I provide my health information? At the 48 hour mark before arrival? But I am ineligible at any other hour.There needs to be a “within 48 hours” or “no later than 48 hours before” in the description.Maybe the app will make the hour requirement clear. I would expect the need for my health data would be mo later than 48 hours.
Clumsy, frustrating and time consuming
The app has had fundamental and basic flaws since the beginning which have never been addressed by the Devs. It is incredibly improbable that this app has 4.5 stars with real reviews. Extremely doubtful. - The ‘continue’ button remain hidden many times during use. - Information is repeated multiple times- The app does not remember the user, so every single time I travel I must reenter the same info (name, ID, address, etc). - Address fields are so limited both in # of characters and the inability to use punctuation that it is impossible to put in a correct address, which defeats the purpose of the form (tracking). - Using any of the check boxes in the ‘Address where you will be staying’ sections causes errors. The only option is to manually complete this section. On the PLUS side, there is an interesting and undocumented feature is to import the Covid certificate into Applewallet using a complex and roundabout process in ‘My Trips’ -> ‘My DCCs’.
Easy to use
The app is friendly and easy to use, but if some data is missing for example, seats numbers, it will not confirm the form until fill it, the flight open for selecting the seats within 24 hr, but the app ask to add it before arrival 48 hr, which is impossible, hopefully if it can be fixed as our flight to Barcelona will be after 12 days. This app: - Fill in your health form - Get your QR code, 48 hours before your date of arrival to Spain - Manage your QR & show it when you arrive at the airport control Everybody travelling to Spain, from any country, has to fill in the form and get the QR. Each form is personal and non-transferable, and it is valid for the linked trip.
