This app will overheat your phone 🔥

I used this app on and off for a long time. Sometimes it worked perfectly, other times it didn’t work at all. Now is one of those periods where it doesn’t work at all. After 2017 ended, so ended my usability of this app. I used to be able to set the alarm, press start and turn off my phone but now the only way for it to work is to keep it on all night. When I woke up this morning, the app was still running but my phone was clearly overheating, which was alleviated with me closing the app too early before my set time. Never using this again until this problem is fixed. Don’t want to kill my phone or have it set on fire just because I like to track my sleep.

Awesome sleep application ❣️

My friend recommended this app one day because we were talking about sleep and I was having trouble sleeping. I can now see the results of my sleeping habits and understand why some days I feel great while sometimes I feel tired. This app is very non intrusive and gentle so I’m not stressed about sleep 😴. All the settings and instructions are simple to understand and use. I’m sleeping and waking better. Thank you for creating and sharing a very useful app.

Obsessed.

I am obsessed with this app. It wakes you soft and sweet when you are in a deep sleep and wakes you up boldly when it knows you are stirring. It's incredibly accurate when you are awakened and will show on the graph. It's incredibly accurate when you're in a deep sleep and displays as such on the graph. Provides the % of sleep efficiency. You can choose any song from your music. It wakes you in the range of your wake time not always the exact wake time. Snooze is available of course for those times. Bottom line it wakes you sweetly when you're in a deep sleep not so lightly when you are stirring. How does it know?

(Updated) FANTASTIC, but -

I LOVE ❤️ this app. It is so useful. I have notoriously bad sleep habits, & this app has improved my sleep & temperament Greatly. However, there seems to be issues periodically maybe when Apple updates their iOs, as just happened. As I am experiencing now, past reviewers have had the app crash in the 3:00 hour which stops all functions. I will keep adjusting various iPhone settings until (I trust) the developers get the bugs 🐞🐞 out again. Otherwise very helpful app. My sleep is not the same without it. Contact form for developer is 403 & 404 error.Update: I have solved the couple issues I have had. App works best for me if: iPhone is NOT on “Low Power Mode” when plugged in & going to bed. That was a key for me. Also probably best to NOT use “Do Not Disturb” as Sleep Alarm seems to be a notification. If you can, Disable your other least important notifications individually before bed (takes me approx 1 minute) but obviously not stuff like weather push notifications in tornado season for example. I think this app is fairly accurate (& for Free!!) & the insight I have received from it is worth a quick phone adjust before bed.

One of the most useful apps I've come across

The true value of this app is not described very well. A person can maximize their sleeping enjoyment based on what they do in their day-to-day activities. I think a person is best rested if they maximize their deep sleeping capabilities. This app has been allowing me to do that. The app can be pretty fun too with the sleep talking capability. I don't sleep talk myself but my cats are always sent setting it off in the middle of the night. The app can also track how many times you have to get up and use the bathroom. This allows you to fine-tune your diet so you sleep more effectively throughout the night. This is a great and very useful app.

Great! When it works.

Have had a lot of issues with the alarms not ringing/app crashing/glitches lately. I can set my alarm for 8am and 10am will roll around with no alarm, and the chart will tell you that as well. Snooze sometimes just stops the alarm all together, and I can't get it to make noise when it goes off (volume & ringer up all the way). Great for tracking sleep, very bad at being an alarm! Best to set a second one!Update 6/18:Still glitchy. Randomly crashes at night, sometimes it goes off 15-20 minutes late (app even states the ring time was late on its record), and isn’t super reliable anymore. Not sure what changed!

Love this app!

It worked exactly as it was described. I was amazed to see my sleeping patterns on the graph the next morning. Even better, I felt rested an relaxed after waking up in the best possible moment. I am recommending it - you will find it simple, helpful and interesting, thanks to all data from your own sleeping time. (I put the phone NOT exactly NEXT to my pillow, but rather slightly BELOW it ;) , besides few occasions when it did not register my nap (hence, 4 not 5 ⭐s), it works perfectly.

Almost complete

I missed the simple alarm choices on my old windows phone. I could tell the device to raise the volume until I turned it off. That way, I didn't need to put the volume all the way up at night. The iPhone alarm is just too basic. I didn't want to spend much or get something that required ridiculous stuff. This works. The only thing missing is the option to repeat or set alarms for special days. If that was offered,I'd be rating it a five.

Good alarm/tracker!

I've been using this for months-- maybe even a year? I love the options for a gradual alarm, that you can decide how large of a window to wake you within, and that if it's working properly it'll actually wake you when you're in the shallower part of your sleep cycle. Sometimes it crashes and then it doesn't go off, but I've never been late for work because of it and I used to sleep through alarms all the time when I was younger. I'd definitely recommend it, just make sure you set a recurring back up alarm on your actual phone (or some other device) for the latest you're comfortable waking up for some peace of mind.

Often doesn’t work, no longer using

I used to really like this alarm but it didn’t go off today or Friday so I’m done. Sometimes if it doesn’t detect enough motion it aborts and turns off. It also doesn’t turn off when I hit the off button, I have to close out of the app in the morning. They also got rid of my favorite morning sound when I updated last. I am a light sleeper so after that my only option was to use vibrate but I used to like the light bird noises and music. It also doesn’t always sync the sleep data to my iPhone SE. The data it takes often is inaccurate (I wake up during the night but it says I’m still asleep for example) and the ratings for sleep are always too high. I switched to ‘good morning‘ which has all the features I want (sound levels, buttons work, quality data) and it’s way better than this app.
