5yrs later & it Still §§cks
I’ve read the last couple of years comments and I agree. When you use the app or go on line and the videos of the items NEVER are working (or at least the ones I want to watch) and the actual “LIVE” Shows keep skipping back and forth. Enough is Enough! You are one of the more expensive next works and you can’t afford to get some decent Tech people… then I can shop elsewhere.
FLEECED SHOPPER!
I received a phone call from Evine telling me that a very old & defunct credit card (5 years old,easy) was being used for purchases...1st one, then 5, now over a dozen items charged to a "dead card" they were notified years ago not to use anymore. I get bothered daily & I have seen items over the years I paid for that were not mine, plus double billing. I just met a lady that USED TO SHOP THERE BUT HAS THE SAME CREDIT CARD PROBLEMS AS I! I AM NOT SURPRISED A BIT. ALL BUYERS BEWARE BUT THEY WILL NOT PRINT THE TRUTH, THEY HAVE A THEFT PROBLEM IN THEIR BUSINESS & I REFUSE TO CONSTANTLY BE THEIR VICTIM, ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS!
Much easier to navigate, than previous version.
Love the new app! Much easier to get around the website. I use an iPad and will occasionally get a pop up asking me if I want to leave the website. I just X out of the pop up and stay on the current page without any issues. Trying to get used to the back button on the bottom of the screen and not the top of the screen.
Glitches!
What is going on? Every time I want to watch shop hq live on my iPad it glitches and the video rewinds itself and fast forwards itself, so how can I watch and shop? Also, when I click on a link for a video on clothes, jewelry, etc the video says it cannot play! What? That’s the whole reasoning for online/tv shopping so you can WATCH the video and see how it looks on the models and the commentary and descriptions from the hosts. I love shop ha and I have been shopping ever since it was called Evine but this is annoying. I clicked on the chat and the virtual assistant stated that the technicians know there’s a problem with the videos but when is it going to get fixed? I’m disappointed to say the least!
Great App
The App and the website work the same. They are both easy to use. This way I do not have to type the name of the website on the internet every time I want look something up. I really like this app.
Horrible! Goes to Opps page every time I go to check out.
Every time I use the app it won't let me check out,but instead goes to the opps page. The Opps page is so insulting with that guy sitting on the stool, acting like it is a joke. Really Evine? You think it is a joke that we can't finish our shopping. You have lost so much of my business because I just shut it off instead of trying again. Today it was not ordering the Beekman items. Fix it and stop making it a joke, your customers don't like being patronized!
Invicta Watch Fanatic
I love shopping this website. It’s pretty easy and fun to navigate. I don’t like it though when a product will give you about 15 pages for example and if you are on like page 5 and you choose to see one item in particular and then you decide to go back it’ll take you back to the first page and make you start all over again and that’s frustrating!!! Otherwise what I see and order is what I get. They can only give you an estimated time and day because some of my deliveries arrive early and that’s even more exciting!!! I also LOVE their customer service. What more can I ask for!!!! For me 5 stars for sure!!!😀😀😀💕💕
Love Shop HQ
I browse and shop a lot. All products are of decent quality and you can see items on the HQ website as well as on the HQ channel on TV. I have never had a problem with any of the products I purchased. Even returns was made easy and I only return 1 item and received a new within a reasonable time frame.

Love this app. Very easy to navigate and find the items your looking for. The invicta watches are terrific and the selection is just like being in the invicta store. Shipping is very fast and always accurate. In short.....this is TOP GUN HEADQUARTERS.
Less awkward
This change is welcomed. I had given up with the vertical/horizontal confrontation each attempt I made to use the site. Much simpler.
