Horrible Customer service
The app was working fine for three months until today. I. Sled the number and apparently it was a Google Voice Number and no one Answered. Surprisingly a coupon short mins later some man called me back. Could barley hear him. This person didn’t ask me for any account info such as a company name, email or anything as most companies would do to see your account and what could be a problem. Apparently it seem that I need to suddenly upgrade which their doesn’t seem to be an upgrade button. All I wanted to work was the automated dispatching and I don’t care about the text message thing.
Intuitive and simple to use
I have been using this app daily and I am very impressed. It has a intuitive user interface and works very well.
Hemp Store Experience
I know a Hemp Store in Raleigh, NC. We have a 30 mile radius that we deliver to. This app has made the massive amounts of orders we have much easier to assign and track. It has its bugs and that’s why it gets four stars instead of five. If you really have a good amount of deliveries, this app is great for tracking your drivers and getting stats on delivery times and all that good stuff. Highly recommend.
The app kept froze
When I try to input complete delivery it kept spinning and go back to the main page, and when try to texting customer it takes forever to be able to text.
User friendly
Shipday drive is super user friendly and makes an easy delivery process.. no complaints although one glitch I have noticed is that under ‘performance’ where we can view earnings.. there appears to be an amount that is false .. I.e. 2457 dollars in earnings or ‘tips’ . Tried to refresh/ sign out and it has not cleared to the correct amount of earnings for one shift .
This app has SIGNIFICANTLY improved my company
Dispatch-to-driver communication is a key to our company’s operations. When I started my journey in searching for a software, QuestTag was one of the first. Out of all the options I looked into, several of which were hundreds of dollars a month, this one has significantly improved the efficiency of our day to day operations. I am beyond satisfied for what this software offers our team. It is truly a streamlined, straightforward, effective and overall user-friendly way to keep communications between dispatch and drivers as SMOOTH as possible. I’m very proud to be a user and look forward to the future of Shipday. If possible, I would like to suggest eventually adding a mobile version of dispatch. I am unsure of the logistics behind that but it is simply a suggestion. If it is already being worked on, fantastic! If not, the computer option is more than good enough for our operations. Very fast and requires little to no training
Very easy to use and super fast. We did not even have to do much of a training for our fleet drivers got it right away.
