Does not work properly

Nothing scans. This software does not work properly. I tried for over a week to get the scan function to work and even reached out to the developer for help. Very poor customer relations. I have since deleted the app from my phone. If I can’t use it, it is not worth keeping. Great idea but not if it does not work. Hope the problem gets fixed for other customers but I can’t wait around to find out. Good luck!!

Photo

I get the scan feature only works with embossed cards...but I’m not seeing an option to take my own photo and use it, like the competitor apps offer? Am I missing something?

Sort of lacking

I need to replace the app I am using to store credit and loyalty cards. I’m trying out this one. There are a few things that I wish were different:1) While there’s the ability to send someone credit card information, that feature isn’t available under the loyalty cards. I would be much more likely to send someone information about loyalty cards than I would credit cards - for example - my health insurance card (while not a “loyalty card” it’s not a credit card either) is something I might send to my doctor’s office when I’m checking in and they need a copy. 2) The inability to add custom fields in the loyalty card section. 3) The inability to take or use pictures of the actual credit card in the credit card section. While I like the sample one it makes, I’d prefer to use an actual picture of the credit card mostly so that in the event they are lost or stolen I have access to the phone number to call on the back of the card.

Can’t get this to work!

I take a picture of my credit card. I save it and when I open it again the photo is only showing a third of the card when the picture showed the whole card. Waste if money. Do not purchase!

Stores my cards!

Love it! Stores cards so I can keep track of all the phone numbers and account numbers in one location!

Support

App works well on traditional credit cards that have the numbers on the front. Newer style cards with the numbers on the back are not recognized by the camera and won’t scan in. Furthermore, the camera can not be activated to take a photo of the card manually. There is never a response from the support team that I question if it even exists. For these reasons I have terminated my yearly subscription. Too bad because there are not many apps that do what this app does.

Best App for Storing Cards

I’ve tried many different apps for storing full card numbers should I be without my card or need to call a bank to report a missing card. This is the best App I’ve found yet. You can photograph your card, it displays the full card number and all necessary card info is stored so you can pull it back up and have all related info at your fingertips.

Won’t scan the newer CCs with the small letters on the back.

All I want is an app that will upload my cc numbers in a safe place in case I lose them or my house burns down. I would prefer to scan them rather than enter them manually to ensure no numbers are flipped. I’m not looking for debt management. I’m not looking for any bells and whistles. I just want to store my card numbers for easy access over multiple devices in a safe environment This app started out promising It scans my store credit cards which Apple wallet and Google pay will not scan with one caveat. It can only read old school raised numbers which are being phased out. I’m glad I didn’t pay for premium. I would have if it worked.

Poor service

I initially like the app. After loading all my information on my Pad. It worked great on IPad Snd iPhone. Then it quit syncing and I confirmed everything was the same in setting but it did not help. So I sent to different emails for help and no response.I had paid the annualized price, so out the money and have a product working only on my iPad which is inconvenient.
